I checked the guide for Suzhou and DeepSeek recommended this hotel. I planned to stay one night and leave the hotel because I was going to visit the Suzhou Museum in Gusu District the next day, so I didn't have too many requirements, just a quiet sleep. I didn't expect the front desk to be warm and welcoming, and gave me a handmade chocolate cookie, and upgraded to a suite for free. It was unexpected and warm! After listening to Zubin Mehta's concert and chatting with music friends, I was exhausted and didn't have time to enjoy the massage chair. I will definitely experience it next time.

This is my first time visiting this double tree hotel. The room is very good. I really love this bed. I escaped from Shanghai on weekends just to have a good night's sleep and bask in the sun. The lady at the front desk, Eunice, was very nice and considerate. She also helped with free upgrades. Check-out was also quick. Thank you Thomas and Peter for their service. Restaurant staff are great. All in all, it's a very service-minded hotel. I hope there will be fewer naughty kids doing nasty things. Come again if you have a chance.
