"This is our 2nd time at Surfside. We love the location as it is away from the fray of South Beach and has all the elegance and level of service one hopes at a Four Seasons. It is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous common areas. Multiple pools and spots to eat through out the day. If you plan to eat at the adjoining restaurant Surf Club make a reservation. They are not part of the Four Seasons in that you can expect a table as a guest and you are not able to charge to the room. The bar there is very small and we did not have luck getting a bar seat or table. The service there was a bit rude unlike the Four Seasons. You get what you pay for here. Shout out to Sophie Gaitch who quickly rectified an issue with house keeping. It was so refreshing to not have to ask for amazing service or an apology - it was swiftly rectified. So rare these days. We will be back anytime we are in Miami."

"a true boutique. Quiet/private. We stayed at a small 2bdrm/2 bath (king and queen beds) suite with living room & kitchen for a fraction of the cost of the major chain hotels across the street for ONE standard room. Note: no breakfast available but unending amazing variety of restaurants' options on the next block and the beach less than a block proximity more than compensate costly options. The staff is superbly professional and personable."
