Great location. 10min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries around the hotel. Supermarket abit further down. Tram is just right below the hotel. We booked ocean view room, the view is fantastic!

Easy to go here go there because the train in front of hotel bar restaurant are in downstairs too all good

Very pleasant stay. Nearby surfer paradise. We can look for free parking slots after 7 pm.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly, especially the lady that checked us in on our first night I think her name was Maria maybe? Very convenient location right outside the tram stop too. We loved the breakfasts each morning, it was a great way to kick off our days in the Gold Coast :)

I had an issue with internet in the corner room with the ocean view. They moved to other room in nice ocean view which had internet access. Overall they have good service and our family enjoyed staying there.

Fantastic location, comfy beds and value for money. Staff were very accommodating also, will book here again when we are in town next!

Very good location. Literally connected to Surfers Paradise tram station. Walking distance to Cavill Avenue. Polite staff. Good service.

All good, can see the ocean but there are else building in the front, half ocean and half building, One not good is the deposit for the room refund is too slow

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. It’s located on a lively street with plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance. 24-hour parking was available, so I could leave my car even after check-out and pick it up later, which was very convenient. There were massage shops and delicious food options nearby, and the train station was just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

Good location with in the city center

Bad gym. Weird choice of machines. Average pool, but here in gold coast, I prefer the beach over an average pool.

Check in struggled to figure out how to simply charge us for the two rooms we booked together, half checking us in and then make us wait in another queue so they could check us in to our second room! The bathroom could have benefited from a better cleaner.

The location is convenient that easy to walk through shops and beach. I personally feel that their hotel breakfast buffet has a lot of room for improvement.
