Our room was exceptional - spacious +++ a king sized bed, plus bolsters. Aircon and cable channels were tiptop, only flaw was hair dryer malfunctioned. Reception called to remind on checkout time 👍👍👍. Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food. Perhaps could include yogurt, savoury pastries or Italian dishes/pizza?

Strategic location downtown of Bandung near Braga. Hotel room was generally old with not so clean bed linens. Encountered small roaches at least three times throughout the stay. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing exceptional.

Located on iconic Asia Afrika street, this hotel offers great location. Overall the quality is just ok, considering this is an old hotel. Some notes: - the sliding partition in the shower did not work, so I have to take the shower carefully in order not to splash too much water into the dry area - the elevator broke down on Saturday. I had to wait 30 minutes just to go from 4th floor to the 1st floor. If this is scheduled maintenance, then why did they not plan ahead to avoid high season? If this is not a scheduled maintenance, then I doubt their safety standard. Such a shame for a hotel with iconic location, too bad I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Good strategic location and near to amenities. Second time visit to this hotel as we booked the room with bigger space especially the Naripan Wing. Breakfast was good with many varieties and the service was excellent especially the doorman (Sugeng) was very friendly and helpful. Will recomend to friends in S’pore!!

Old rooms need reno.. not enough power points.. bedside no PowerPoint to charge phone. Bathroom very old and needs work. Pool has cracked tiles need repairs. Old gym so didn’t use. Internet would often disconnect randomly and annoying. Good location for weekend and night activities. Concierge Mr Sugeng and other concierges were the friendliest and helpful during my time that made me thru the week.

The location is very good, close to Braga Street in the center of Bandung. It seems to be a historic hotel and has a nice atmosphere, but the facilities are quite old. Only type C outlets are available. Floors are divided into smoking and non-smoking areas, and this is not clearly stated when making a reservation, so be careful and check. (If you are unintentionally assigned a smoking room, there is a fee if you change it after arrival.)

Old hotel that is still well maintained. The room is just standard. The bed is lousy, the extra bed should be added, the springs feel like they are in your body when you lie down, your body hurts. The breakfast is disappointing, there is no variation, the breakfast is standard for a 2-3 star hotel. The swimming pool is clean. I don't think I will come back here again
