"We were treated very poorly by the staff, who were very preoccupied with the event taking place at the hotel. Because of this, guests were not allowed in the restaurant, and worse, before breakfast was even over, they were already removing us from the restaurant. It's truly absurd that this would happen in a supposedly 4-star hotel. THE GUEST ALWAYS COMES FIRST... that's how it should have been..."

"It's a relatively old hotel, so be prepared for the facilities to be dated. However, you can tell that the renovations were quite meticulous back then; it's a relic of a bygone era. The service was quite good, and the price was reasonable."

"Super-central, but still quiet. With us communication Super, a few days before again very nice and helpful telephone, the PIN for access + additional pin for bike garage is available on the arrival day by mail. We had app. "North Light", that's app. with garden view in 1.OG. All right. Small kitchen line with refrigerator, and for 2 pers. everything is there. But the main win is simply the bathroom MIT window. Shower backpack wonderfully hot water, and also really enough for 2 "Warm Duches". This leads unfortunately to the only small criticism point, because water pressure/quantity is unfortunately a little small, yet we have felt very well and can recommend it 100% further. Breakfast is optional on request, in the neighbouring hotel Theresientor for 16,- p.P., and also there 100% additional recommendation. Bike space in small garage just next to entrance (Extra PIN code)."
