"This hotel's environment exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, the surroundings were pleasant, and breakfast was abundant. The breakfast was a set menu, and I chose the Irish grill, which was freshly prepared in the kitchen, not just sitting out – I really liked that. The balcony in the room was great for smokers. The only downside was that late at night, people in the bar weren't sleeping and were very noisy. Luckily, I was tired enough to fall asleep."

"after staying 4 consecutive weekends in the same hotel chain, my last time I switched units was to try to have a more pleasant experience. I booked 3 nights at The Address Hotel Citywest where I had a great regret I had a very bad experience with a short white man who claimed to be the hotel manager. I booked for 2 nights and then extended my reservation for 1 more night, totaling 3 nights My credit card is from Brazil and the full amount was not being charged due to security reasons at my bank. I managed to pay 90% on my credit card, I asked if there was a possibility of paying the amount of 51 euros in cash to this manager. He was rude and said no, I had already been at the hotel for 2 nights, my girlfriend was tired and sleeping. I said please help me with this I have cash This manager, for me, is not prepared to be a manager, he said no or I would have to leave the hotel, he was rude and ignorant, it seems he was working with dissatisfied anger, I said I would rest and would come back in a few hours to pay the €51 with a card, I was immediately surprised when the manager knocked on my door to charge me 51 euros as if I were a thief. I feel very embarrassed about all this, I would only leave the next day, all I wanted was to rest in peace, I had the worst experience of my life, not with the hotel but with this manager, I don't think he's ready to take that place. I will never return to this hotel again"
