"I have made reservations here in May of 26 and July of 26. BOTH TIMES I asked for the lower floor due to difficulty walking too far. BOTH TIMES we were given the top floor at end of hall which makes for more walking. And both May and July stays the elevators were out of service for an hour or so which meant lots of stairs dragging luggage ip stairs . We ask for ground floor for this very reason. Although the place is nice..it makes difficult for our ages..70 yrs old. So that had been a huge disappointment. The housekeepers are super friendly and polite and helpful!!"

"This is at a convenient location for our visits to Minnesota from out of state so we have stayed at this location for about 4 years in a row. The front desk employees have been courteous. Flo manages the breakfast eating area with energy and friendliness. The rooms are clean and up to date. Our room had been touched up with some paint. The carpet looks good in the rooms however the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. The grounds are in good shape. There is a nice walking track and pond behind the hotel, owned by others, that is great to use. A BBQ restaurant next door is convenient to walk to and it serves delicious ribs."

"I came here on a business trip. The room smelled mouldy and could not be ventilated. We stayed for 4 days, but the staff only changed the towels. In the end, the quilts were separated, and no one laid the bed. I saw that the inner cover of the quilt was very dirty! It is covered with stains and unknown yellow residue."
