"We returned to our room after being in the casino at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and  a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!"
