Amazing
GGuest UserThe room is large, the lobby is magnificent, and the overall feeling is good. The service was good. We checked out of the room and it was still early to arrive at the train station. The waiter took the initiative to order tea for us and let us rest in the lobby. The only uncomfortable thing was that when I checked in, I couldn't understand the language. The receptionist spoke English, but there was someone nearby who could speak noon and couldn't help. I checked my passport twice and swiped my credit card twice. More than 20 minutes later, when the front desk took our passports to the back for review, the Chinese-speaking waiter told us that it was probably me who booked the room, and the first name of the guest was my wife.
GGuest UserThis time I went to four cities in the United States, and Conrad Washington was the only hotel that provided kettles and slippers. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-arranged. There were tatte, Japanese food, Starbucks, etc. within a few steps of the hotel, which was very convenient.
GGuest UserThe bedding and environment of this hotel are all very good. The most criticized thing is that some of the charges are not clear, and it is easy to overspend and overpay. For example, breakfast is provided, but in fact each room is controlled at 80 US dollars, and the excess is paid by yourself. Because it is a à la carte meal, the price on the menu does not include tax, and guests will not consider these things in advance. When calculating the amount, they usually exceed the amount because of not considering the tax. There is also a 30 US dollar mini bar and bar, which is simply mandatory consumption. Because of these two items, guests feel very bad, and feel that the hotel or the dealer is not authentic. I hope to explain this in detail in the reservation instructions.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, right outside the White House, and close to DC's main attractions and museums. If you are physically fit, you can walk there. The lobby is very classical and gorgeous, but the room facilities are average, and certainly cannot be compared with the four or five-star hotels in our country. The breakfast is very rich, which is good.
RRichardDVery central hotel (in Georgetown). Excellent rooms. Wonderful service. Only issue when I was there was the kitchen was down due to a small fire the night before. I was warned about this just before my stay. Then, the elevators broke down for an evening. The staff made up for it.

KKai2193This stay was a complicated experience. The hotel is popular, but the service response is really not up to par. There is a long queue for check-in and check-out. The room request cannot be processed in time, which makes people anxious.
The lighting design of the room is unreasonable. There are only floor lamps and table lamps, which are dim at night. And there is no drinking water, which is too inconvenient. However, the sanitation is very clean, which is worthy of recognition.
The sound insulation is poor. If there is any movement outside, it can be heard clearly in the room, making it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the decoration is old and the corridor is gloomy, which makes me feel creepy when walking at night.
It is affordable and has a five-star brand. If the budget is limited, it can be used. But the hardware and service are in urgent need of upgrading, otherwise it is difficult to retain guests. I hope it can be improved.

Very Good
Ssejun_travelerIt was a hotel that had everything, from a 5-minute walk from the subway station, to the friendly service of the front desk staff, to the spacious rooms. I was able to book it at a low price with Trip.com's Super Destination discount, and it was a more satisfactory stay.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, and most scenic spots are within 2 kilometers. Although the hotel is a bit old, it still feels very tasteful. The service is a bit lacking. After the Amazon package arrived at the front desk, I asked twice and was told it was not available. Finally, I took a photo of the Amazon package and said it was found.
AAnonymous UserThe room is very good, the furniture and bedding are very new and clean, and it is tidy every day without tipping. In the end, we realized that when we gave a tip (it was the last day), we also gave each of my family of four bathrobes, disposable fur mops, and snacks. The common room I booked was automatically upgraded to a sea view twin room! The service at the front desk is also very thoughtful. You can answer any questions about bottled water for free. You can ask him how many bottles he wants, and you can drink lemonade and orange juice in the lobby. There is no time to swim in the heated swimming pool. The underground parking lot costs 10 knives an hour and 75 knives overnight. Wharf has a good environment for shopping and eating, and the sea breeze is comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!
Xxin xiaoThe hardware of the hotel is great, from the lobby to the indoor facilities, it is in line with the grade of St. Regis. But the service is really disappointing. It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come. I called to ask, and the reply was: I forgot!
I checked out on the third day and told the person in charge about such bad service. This person said sorry, but he was actually very arrogant and didn't apologize sincerely.
No one helped with the luggage when I left the hotel. The guy at the door didn't leave at all. Well, I saved the money for a cup of coffee.
DC St. Regis, no chance next time!
