Airport transfers to and from Cardiff were seamless. After exiting the arrivals hall, turn right into the covered corridor and wait for your arrival with a sign.
The service was very attentive; every staff member greeted us proactively. Room service was available.
The room was fantastic, with toilets and showers on both floors, and a small outdoor pool.
However! A word of caution: this room type is on the third floor, and there is no elevator.
Traveling with elderly people should be approached with caution. Climbing stairs every day is exhausting, and they may not want to leave the house.

Mixed feelings about the hotel, it was my second time and fifth hotel on the island. It's a fine hotel but you wont feel pampered.
+Perfect location if you want to stay at station 1, about 20 min walk to all the fun. The room is huge, clean and beautiful. They left good night wishes and cookies in the room every night which was a very nice touch.
- check out at 11; the fruit at breakfast was given out in portions rather than buffet style which I found really strange and cheap for this type of hotel. There was no water dispencer and the water wasnt offered at the beach as well as at the restaurant when I stayed there for lunch and dinner. Even though it's offered in all the restaurants on the island and even cheaper hotels have water dispensers in the halls or rooms.

Ryan MacAmazing villa with wonderful staff, great range of foods, overall Boracays best hotel, we previously stayed at Crimson and it's night and day how superior this hotel is.

Guest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Acqua. It’s located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Station 1/2 beach so it’s lovely and quiet, but it’s still really close to everything (~5min trike ride).
Service and staff at the hotel are exceptional. Everything is kept clean and neat at all times.
The only minor downside is the beach - I wish the algae wasn’t coming quite so close to the shore to allow for a swim. We just ended up going to the other side of the island most days.
Highly recommend pool in the afternoon - it gets nice and shaded after ~4pm.
Overall, super happy with our stay.

Guest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
