Beautiful hotel with views of the tea plantations/mountains. Staff are super friendly and helpful with advice on how to get around and happy to answer questions on the beautiful property. Just note it is rather remote (which is part of the beauty of it) so not super easy to get around unless you go through the hotel (again quite affordable and easy)!

The villa-style hotel is located on the mountain. The room has its own swimming pool. The overall environment of the hotel is great! Especially the dinner in the restaurant is highly recommended, with 9 local Sri Lankan food, equipped with a dedicated chef and music performance, and the price is a little expensive.

I booked two twin rooms on Trip.com . After arriving at the door, there will be a special person responsible for bringing the suitcase into the check-in hall and then sitting and waiting for the front desk to complete the procedures (with welcome drink orange juice). The room is fully equipped and the decoration is simple and hygienic. There is a large stain on the sheets of the bed. It is recommended to travel or prepare disposable sheets. The hotel group is small but has boutique hotels across Sri Lanka. This w15 is located near kandy. There is a shooting club next to it and tatata gunshots can be heard during the day. The hotel itself is not big, with one house and one main building. As for the scenery, looking at the mountains, it feels a bit like Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good. In terms of activities, you can choose hiking, cycling, tennis or taking a jeep to climb high. Hotel location is not biased, easy to find, but it is still a few minutes drive from Kandy Lake. It is more convenient to have a larger supermarket within a few minutes of walking around. If you want to see the lake and enjoy the lake view, choose this hotel carefully. But the traffic by the lake is crowded and the traffic is noisy at night, but this hotel is relatively quiet. Besides, the room is very large, but as shown in the picture, the space is wasted, very empty, and there is no sense of design at all. The facilities are also relatively old and the sanitary conditions are average. The hotel's infinity pool is more distinctive, it can be seen that it is green hills and farmland, because the weather is cooler and there is no experience. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, there is not much impression.

Absolutely stunning, giant compound with an extensive history! They even offer a history walking tour but unfortunately there weren’t enough people signed up to make the tour happen. If you’re looking for a “colonial” stay, this is a great place. I recommend just walking around to see it for yourself. It’s also right on Kandy Lake, so it’s a nice walk (and not too far from the Kandyan Culture Center and the Sacred Tooth Temple Meals were good, but service sometimes is a little messy. Buffet was missing things like tongs or a cloth over the tray handles (which were hot to touch), but there’s a lot of servers walking around so I’m sure they’ll be able to do double-checks on this

Very nice lobby, the rooms are a little older, but very high in relation to the country standard. The situation is still quite central.

First of all, breakfast comes with curry or toast fruit bread. The location is quite far from Lake Candy, so it's uncomfortable, but it's good to feel the local culture. The facilities are good because the gym and swimming pool are well maintained. In particular, there were few people using the swimming pool and gym, so I wanted to do it alone. The staff were all friendly and it was so nice, but when the two Chinese came to sightseeing as a group and stayed, it was too noisy and annoying. The biggest advantage of this dormitory is that Muslims or Sri Lankans often get married here, so if you're lucky, you can see them getting married. I was lucky to see Muslims and Sri Lankans getting married.

It's a little far from the city center, it's a little inconvenient to build roads next to it. It's about 3.3 kilometers to the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, but the facilities are very good. The standard rooms we ordered gave the suites and triple rooms as well as the beautiful pool. The scenery is very good, the area is green, and the service is excellent. Such a hotel is recommended.
