This guesthouse is a true gem! Nestled against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and overlooking the Yarlung Tsangpo River, it boasts over 300 wild ancient peach trees and an 80-acre ancient peach forest. Every March and April, when the peach blossoms are in full bloom, opening your window reveals a breathtaking panorama of 'snow-capped mountains + peach forests + a mighty river.' It's conveniently located just over 10 minutes from Nyingchi Mainling Airport and offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services. Nyingchi's altitude is under 3,000 meters, with lush vegetation and ample oxygen, effectively helping to prevent altitude sickness. The high-end amenities and butler service here exceeded my expectations. The butler proactively contacted me to arrange airport transfers, assist with check-in, turn on the underfloor heating in advance, and provide local sightseeing recommendations. The ******* staff were incredibly genuine and warm. The guesthouse also provides a rich breakfast spread, including comforting hot rice noodles. For dinner, the ******* stone pot chicken and yak meat hot pot are must-tries, which you can enjoy in the panoramic restaurant while soaking in the views. In short, this is a highly recommended and truly precious place to stay!

Extremely satisfied, absolutely fantastic! The hotel staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. You can even rent traditional ******* clothing for photoshoots. The hotel also has a pond, which creates a beautiful reflection of Namcha Barwa Peak – absolutely stunning! And as for the rooms and the observation deck, there's nothing more to say, everything was perfect.

1. The hotel is in Suosong Village, and the room has a good view. I was lucky to see Rizhao Jinshan. 2. The service attitude is good. Butler-style service throughout the whole process. 3. The wagyu hot pot on the sixth floor is highly recommended. The ingredients are fresh and the photos are good. 4. The breakfast meals can be improved.

It was my first time to experience Songtsam and it felt very good. The location is first-class, and the room is comfortable, warm and pleasant. At first, I felt that the ******* staff were a bit cold and the communication was not smooth. We went to the restaurant and asked if afternoon tea (complimentary) was available? He said no, which was very disappointing. After we sat for a while and prepared to go out to eat, he asked if he wanted to pack afternoon tea for us to take away. It turned out that it was already being prepared! I don't know where there is a misunderstanding. After staying for a day, I got used to their shyness but their patience and thoughtfulness. I like Songtsam and will continue to experience other places in the future.

Very good hotel! Great service! The front desk was warmly received and sent to the elevator. At dinner, the two managers at the front desk (female) warmly introduced the dishes and introduced the Motuo attractions one by one. The restaurant chef also personally asked how the taste was and what else was needed. All of this was moving. Metuo, is the beautiful place I have long yearned for, and I have realized my dream today! I want to introduce friends to Metuo, and also live in Ziyun Spring Hotel!

Staying at the Songtsam Bamei Lhaka Hotel was an amazing encounter with nature and warmth. My Snow Mountain Lake View Suite had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a direct view of the sacred Basongcuo Lake. The water was like a mirror, reflecting the snow-capped mountains, and the morning light pierced through the clouds, painting the lake surface like a moving masterpiece unfolding right outside my window. The hotel's private pier lay peacefully by the lake, providing exclusive, undisturbed views of the stunning sunrise and sunset. The ******* butler offered hot ginger tea and a Hada, which felt like a genuine welcome, not just a formality. An oxygen concentrator was promptly delivered to my room, instantly easing my altitude sickness worries. The rich ******* breakfast in the morning, paired with a heartwarming tremella soup in the evening, showed thoughtful attention to every detail. The entire room had comfortable floor heating, and the latex mattress provided excellent sleep. Outside, the starry sky and morning mist alternated, making even breathing feel lighter. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for the soul amidst the ******* mountains and waters.

The room layout is reasonable, the color matching is good, and it is full of ethnic characteristics. The paintings and photos on the wall are artistic. The most delightful thing is that the balcony is large enough to overlook the hotel garden, the Yarlung Zangbo River and the mountains beside the river. The hotel waiters are very considerate and enthusiastic. The two handsome ******* guys we met, one is called Tashi Tsering, and the other one I forgot his name, kept asking us questions and providing help at any time.

This was a change of itinerary, had to stay in Nyingchi for a day, had to entangle in a simple and fast hotel or a high-end comfortable hotel for one night, and finally chose the latter. And this decision is right. The front desk of the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free. The room is oversized and you can play hide and seek with the children in the room. The facilities inside and toiletries are good to use. The environment is quiet and sleeps comfortably at night. The breakfast category is varied, which can satisfy my basic imagination of this class of hotels. Here it is basic, because there is still a little gap with the same class hotels in big cities.
