AAnonymous UserThe location of Songtsam is absolutely stunning, truly legendary. It directly occupies the prime viewing spot of Basongcuo Lake. The environment is serene and relaxing; I felt instantly refreshed upon entering. Every corner of the hotel is a picturesque scene. Whether you're in the restaurant, bar, or any public area, you can easily snap some fantastic photos, as the lake and mountain views are seamlessly integrated into every space.
✨ Service Experience
Our butler proactively contacted us before arrival, and upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with a warm highland barley wine welcome ceremony – a truly immersive experience. There's no elevator, so staff frequently deliver items back and forth, but they consistently do so with warmth and efficiency, their attitude is superb. My only minor regret: the underfloor heating in the room wasn't very effective, making the highland nights a bit chilly. I hope they optimize this in the future. Oh, and the room also had a coffee machine and incredibly delicious fruit!
🌿 Scenery & Activities
The hotel's viewing platform offers unparalleled vistas, even more breathtaking than the 'Forgotten Corner' mentioned in travel guides – and it's easily accessible with a stroll along the river! If you rely on the viewing platform at the hotel for the 'Forgotten Corner', it truly might feel forgotten.
Highly Recommended:
• Cycling along Basongcuo Lake: A dozen kilometers of lake views, a truly therapeutic journey.
• Cuogao Village: An authentic ******* village where the lake at the entrance is as blue as the ocean. A perfect blend of culture and nature!
• Xinzuo Lake Hike: Easy and pleasant, with forests, meadows, rivers, and lakes all along the way – it feels like paradise on earth! Strongly recommend horseback riding here. The horses are very gentle, saving both effort and time! (Bring some chocolate for the horsemen to refuel; they'll happily take a few photos for you!🥳)
⚠️ Not recommended: All-terrain vehicle (ATV) riding. The roads are rough, and the experience is mediocre!
🛍️ Retail Shops
The hotel has an Arc'teryx specialty store where you can even rent clothes with points, which is great for photography enthusiasts. The large artisan craft store offers quality products, and the local high-end yak cashmere brand Norlha is worth browsing. Aside from the higher price point, the quality and design are impeccable.
There's currently some construction around the hotel, which might slightly delay entry, but it doesn't affect the overall experience at all. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. This is my top choice in Basongcuo, and I will definitely return! Finally, special thanks again to our butler, Dingzhu. Tashi Delek!

GGuest UserIn fact, I really feel that I was cheated. The comment area is well received ～～ I don't know why so many people give such a high rating. In my opinion, it is not worth the price at all. After a third reduction, I guess I may consider it again. First of all, from the view of the hotel, it is on the observation deck No. 2 in the scenic spot. It is exactly the same as the view seen in the % cafe. You can see a part of Nanga Bawa, not as wide as the view of Sosong Village; Secondly, the hardware and software of this hotel are not worthy of this price at all. I can feel that the service staff is working hard to do a good job. Although the attitude is very good, it is slightly rusty. There is an afternoon tea delivery in Trip.com , and the hotel did not tell me. It's so wasteful. The most important thing is the hardware facilities. The room has no floor heating. If you want to turn on the air conditioner, you can understand that you need to turn on the air conditioner. Just...either noisy or dry, I am afraid that it will be too noisy to sleep, but because it is a wooden house, it will be cold like hail. I feel that I have a cold. Then there is the bathroom, from the floor to the countertop look quite shabby, either bad, or I don't know how to set this price. All in all, it is not bad, it is really not worth the price, anyway, I feel that I am misled.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, making us feel warm and comfortable during the journey. We arranged afternoon tea for us. For dinner, we can go to the ******* family to taste the farmhouse. The sweet tea is very delicious, with a strong milky aroma and not too sweet.
Special praise goes to Mr. Wang and Azhen, who are very attentive and enthusiastic in every detail, and their service exceeds that of a five-star resort hotel🫶🏻🫶🏻🥰🥰

The room was large and clean. There were oxygen supply facilities. The laundry room on the first floor had two dryers. GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to National Highway 318. It is super convenient for self-driving. The large free parking lot is too friendly to the self-driving party. It is very close to the surrounding attractions such as the county seat, Motuo, Midui Glacier. The top floor restaurant has a beautiful scenery. The room is scattered for 24 hours. Oxygen + floor heating, there is no discomfort at all in the high altitude area. Sleep till dawn! The room is simple and atmospheric in a modern style, spacious and bright, clean and tidy, smart equipment is very complete, zero-pressure mattresses sleep particularly comfortable, and the smart toilet is super intimate.
The snow view restaurant has a great view, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the happiness of eating and enjoying the scenery is bursting. The hotel also has a free laundry room, gym, children's playground, self-driving party and family with baby are super friendly. The front desk and staff are warm and thoughtful, responsive, and feel at home throughout the whole process.
Come to Bomi, take the Sichuan-Tibet line, choose this one without stepping on thunder! Hardware, landscape, service are full marks, is the most worth living warm heart station on the Sichuan-Tibet line, I will choose here next time!

The environment is great, right next to the wetland, and in the morning the room faces the Nile River and a wetland lake. The sea of clouds on the opposite mountain changes every minute, it's so beautiful. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The waiter was very welcoming. The recommended Sichuan restaurant opposite tastes good. I will stay there next time if I have the chance
