"This was the worst hotel experience of the entire trip. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. There were no clear parking signs at the entrance. I only found out after calling the hotel that I needed to turn right and park in the basement of the complex. The basement was very convoluted, like a construction site, and the signs were unclear. Upon checking in, I found out I had booked two rooms, but they assigned me to the 3rd and 7th floors. The 7th-floor room required taking the elevator to the 6th floor and then climbing stairs. Why couldn't the rooms be arranged together when we booked the same rooms? The receptionist was evasive, basically saying they needed to prioritize guests who arrived first. I thought to myself, I booked in advance and paid, so being late was my fault. Later, they asked for my contact number. I said I had already provided it during booking and the hotel had just contacted me. Why did they need my number again? The receptionist said it was for the platform. Okay, I understand. Since the platform's phone number has privacy protection, and the hotel can contact guests through the platform, why do they need my contact number again? What was most infuriating was the room's cleanliness. For a four-star hotel, frankly, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. Aside from changing the sheets and linens, as you can see in the photos I took, there were all sorts of stains on the floor, especially under the table. The bedside table was covered in dust and hair. The worst part was the bathroom; the toilet was stained, and the shower reeked of urine. Pictures are proof. Since I checked in at 1 AM and needed to travel the next day, and considering the front desk's attitude—they implied there were no rooms available—I didn't want to bother with changing rooms and decided to make do. Finally, the air conditioner was broken; it couldn't be turned off and kept making noise, even after removing the room card. Unable to sleep, I called the front desk to ask them to send someone to check it, but no one came by 2 AM. By 7 AM, the exhaust vent was emitting cooking fumes. When I checked out, I told the front desk that no staff had checked the air conditioner the night before, but they ignored me."

When checking in, the hotel said that a group had just arrived and the porter had gone to deliver their things. I wondered, why is there only one porter in such a big hotel? In the afternoon, I went out to do some work and saw a porter at the door, which means that the hotel has set up this service. But when I checked out the next day, the porter was nowhere to be seen. For a room rate of about 1,300 yuan a night, I should enjoy luggage service. If it was 300 yuan, I certainly wouldn't ask for it. The breakfast was average. I wanted to eat an omelette, but there were no eggs in the kitchen."

The overall health is good. The details will be more perfect! The service of the homestay is also very intimate. The first night was a bit high. I quickly brought the oxygen generator and sucked it for 20 minutes! (Note that the oxygen generator itself is noisy, you can suck it first and then sleep). Breakfast is a set meal, suitable for the plateau to make up carbon water, the boss also made a separate tasting, and will recommend the locals feel delicious restaurant, where you can play, the boss is Lhasa, very enthusiastic to tell us how to eat, play, how to shop hahaha!
