GGuest UserThe location was perfect. There are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, just 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking . The staff in the front desk don’t show any enthusiasm, they are cold . The facilities are fantastic.

GGuest UserWhile the hotel itself is a bit far from Disney World and Universal Studios, transportation isn't a big issue as they operate a shuttle bus. (Note that resort fees and parking fees are paid additionally on-site.) The rooms are spacious, making it a great hotel for families, and I liked that there's a supermarket and a delicious ice cream shop within walking distance. (Many other hotels don't have walkable supermarkets, which can be surprising if you're not used to it.) The breakfast spread is also substantial for the price, and the fruit, in particular, was delicious. While many American hotels don't offer vegetables at breakfast, this one had steamed vegetables. There's no in-room teapot, but there's a microwave in the room, and hot water and coffee are always available on the first floor. Two bottles of water are also provided daily (many US hotels don't offer this). If you need slippers, you can request them at the front desk, and there are ice machines on every floor. There's also a laundry machine on the first floor, which would be great for long-term travelers.

AAislinn ChengThe only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)
Summary: It’s a nice stay and the supporting facilities are okay.

LLiuluohaijiaodexingxingIt's a good choice to stay here for one night when transiting in Orlando. The hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services, but you need to call to make an appointment. If you are not good at English, you can also write an email, and the customer will reply very quickly! The pick-up location is at level 1 ground transportation. The shuttle bus to the airport runs about every 30 hours and is available 24 hours a day. You can just wait in the hotel lobby in advance and it will take you to the airport in 10 minutes.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for the Universal Studios Express Pass, spending three full days at the park and mostly just sleeping at the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel has a Balinese style, with a pleasant aroma as soon as you enter. There's a Starbucks on the third floor and a pool on the first floor, plus an outdoor movie screening at night. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserThe beddings and sheets were old, and the single-numbered rooms were near the express highway, which was very noisy. I almost didn't sleep all night.
The next morning, I changed to a double-numbered room at the front desk, and the noise was negligible.
The water pipes in the bathroom made a loud noise.
The hotel reservation showed that breakfast was included, but in fact, I had to pay an additional 18-22% tip. Although it was not much, Ctrip as a platform has an obligation to inform. Otherwise…
