Orlando Hotels with Hot Tub

On arrival, my reservation could not be located. This was resolved after a 20 minute wait. Was awoken at 06.00 am by the occupiers of the next room who were screaming and cursing and the child was obviously in distress. I reported this to front desk who informed security. In check out, I spoke with security who confirmed they had done a walk round the floor and had not heard any noises. I subsequently spoke with the hotel manager to confirm the circumstances. I further reported to him that I had been charged for parking when my reservation had included this. I requested a refund of this due to my inconvenience and he agreed (but told me the refund wasn’t for my inconvenience as the noise issue was out of his control but rather because he was a nice guy!!)

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. I was a little nervous to stay here after recent reviews, I'm not sure if I was lucky with the room I got or if others look for more to complain about...but I could fault it. I have previously stayed at the Avanti Hotel but recent reviews there put me off staying. Yes the rooms are dated, most of these motel type hotels are, but the room was spotless which to me is the most important thing. We had taken some wipes to clean down surfaces etc just to be cautious but every wipe came up clean, top marks! Everything in the room worked as expected, fridge was good as was the microwave. Excellent location, we didn't use the pool but it looked good. Only slight issue was the Hurricane, the fire alarm went off twice as a false alarm...but these things happen. & there was some water leakage into the room from the door, which by our last day had caused a not very pleasant smell. But I'm not blaming the hotel for this & I assume they would have had a way to resolve this had we been staying longer & mentioned it! Our room was in block 3000, top floor facing the pool, no issues with noise - I doubt any room facing the pool would have an issue. Good view from the top floor too over to Volcano Bay. Happy to recommend the hotel for couples, families etc. I'd certainly be happy to stay here again for a future Orlando holiday!

Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, check-in was seamless and efficient. However, I was disappointed to find that parking came with an additional charge—an inconvenience I reluctantly accepted. That said, this is really my only significant complaint. Room: The room itself was quite basic but exceptionally clean. While housekeeping did miss our scheduled 7-day bed linen change, they were otherwise thorough and attentive. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness or upkeep of the space. Pool Area: The pool area, especially in the evenings, was a highlight of our stay. The pool was maintained at a comfortable temperature and was spacious enough to accommodate plenty of guests. We never had an issue finding a sun lounger, and the late-night swims after a day at the parks were a real treat. Location: The location was ideal—much better than I initially expected. Though I was concerned we might be too far up International Drive, it turned out to be quite convenient, particularly with its proximity to I-4. Complimentary Shuttles: The complimentary shuttle service was outstanding. We never waited more than five minutes, and it was a great convenience to leave the car behind, especially if we wanted to enjoy a drink while out. Dining: I approached the on-site food court with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. In fact, the meals here were better than some of the ones we had along International Drive. Overall In summary, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a no-frills, basic resort. It’s not a luxury destination, but it is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly professionals. A solid, reliable accommodation option.

My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place..
