Convenient location to the beach. Cleaning daily. Russian-speaking staff. Hotel small, rooms spacious and with balcony, beds and mattress strong, sleeping comfortable, hearing is quite adequate. Shower spacious, water pressure is good. On the 6th floor of the hotel only one elevator, sometimes it had to wait quite long. The pool is, the water is quite cool. Breakfast by the type of Swedish table, but its diversity is extremely low, that is, on 2-3 day already tired of the same food. Change of dishes is a minimum. WiFi in the room and hotel in general, worked well, on TV Russian channels 3-5 pc. Total - an excellent hotel with small roughness, I recommend.

This is a gorgeous hotel with delicious food that caters to vegetarians, meat-eaters, and seafood lovers alike. We saw three entertainment programs during our week-long stay. Definitely book a suite – it's well worth it. The cleaning service is constant, and the staff are always polite and professional. We arrived early at 10:00 AM, and they welcomed us, gave us wristbands, and offered us the opportunity to use the hotel's amenities while we waited for our 2:00 PM check-in. We left our bags, had breakfast, walked to a shop, changed, swam in the pool, had lunch, and checked into our lovely room at 2:00 PM. After staying at this hotel in Alanya, we moved on to Side, and then Belek. My husband noted that Cleopatra Beach was the most picturesque, with coarse sand and azure water. We just laid on our towels on the sand, so we didn't pay for sun loungers or umbrellas. The walk to the beach is a bit challenging, quite far at 20-25 minutes in the heat, and the sea gets deep almost immediately. However, if you pop into an air-conditioned shop on the way to cool off, browse for items, or pick up vitamins at a pharmacy (nothing too crazy), the walk isn't so bad and actually becomes enjoyable. There's a shuttle, which we used a couple of times, but we preferred to walk. There are many places to walk to: the fortress on the mountain, Cleopatra Beach, Halk Beach, the cat garden, the bazaar, and shopping areas. Overall, it was a heartwarming vacation at a heartwarming hotel.

This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel.

В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

Отель и выбраный номер очень понравился. Вид шикарный - горы, море, пальмы, проспект. Питание хорошее, мясо, красная рыба, гриль каждый день. Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

Отличный отель - не шикарный, но минусов практически нет. Музыка была пару раз только во время ужина, а значит можно спокойно спать ночью. Выбор блюд небольшой, но всё очень вкусно приготовлено. Каждый день был лосось на обед, пару раз попались мидии, пару раз - печень, разнообразия мне хватило. Никогда не было несвежей еды или грязной посуды - спасибо персоналу, очень хорошо следят за качеством. В номере всё тоже было замечательно, всё учтено до мелочей: от хорошего интернета и напора в душе до мягких подголовников кровати!

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

It's a good hotel. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and while they're varied, we decided to check it out and see for ourselves. Overall, if you're expecting something out of this world for a small price, this isn't for you, but if you're enjoying your stay and can't find anything to complain about, everything is great. Firstly, the location is excellent, secondly, the rooms are clean. We didn't find any fleas, bedbugs, or anything else, even though we thoroughly searched after the bad reviews. The bed linens and towels are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, with linens changed every other day. The girls do their best, and they keep everything spotless. The food, restaurant, and bar are a big plus: 6-7 types of hot dishes, over 20 types of salads and appetizers, a good selection of sweets, cakes, fruit, cookies, and other delicious treats. The cakes are a big plus, they were delicious. They feed us five times a day. Overall, we ate like elephants. The waiters are very attentive to guests, constantly refilling dishes, promptly clearing dirty dishes from the tables before each meal, preparing the restaurant and pool area, washing and drying them. The pool is constantly cleaned and is always spotless. The bar is well-stocked with drinks, both free and paid. I'm not a fan of wine and other cocktails, but the beer there is really good. They entertain guests a couple of times a week. We caught a belly dancer. On the downside, if it matters to anyone, drinks and other items on the beach are extra. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee, but we didn't need all that; we like to relax practically in the water, and the sun loungers are about 15 meters from the water's edge. The bathroom doors are a bit dated. Bottom line: the hotel is 100% worth its money. Guests with high expectations and picky eaters are better off considering a hotel with at least a 5-star rating.

The hotel was really very good. You don't have the chance to be happy with what you want. Hearing and quiet hotel. There are no children's animations and evening activities. I didn't want them when I went. That's why we had a good holiday. The pools, water, restaurants and staff were very good ... The only evil thing is the sea. It was incredible stone and wave.

A good hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located almost on the first line of the sea, from which it is separated only by tennis and volleyball courts. From the balcony you can see the sea and a lot of palm trees. Some rooms have bathrooms, I liked the rooms with a bath more than the rooms with only a shower. The hotel has several buildings, some are renovated and furnished new, some are not so, but overall everything is fine. The food is normal. The people on holiday were all good. I liked the hotel too. The staff did not extort money, everyone tries.
