Rrajaa alhadadI really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

Clean spacious rooms.
- Wi-fi costs extra 2eur per device per day.
Beach towels also cost extra money.
No gym as advertised.
Nearby a school. Could be pretty noisy at days. Quite at night though.
Overall could recommend.

SSansonI had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. T

The location of the hotel is convenient, in the center. You can easily reach the beach and restaurants by foot.
There are shops and exchange offices nearby.

AAnonymous UserNice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful. I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that. It’s not like they were overbooked. Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly. I would stay here again. .

RRasyidi bin yakobI am very satisfied with the excellent service of the hotel staff.they are very helpful and friendly.the hotel is very clean,there is a calm and quiet pool.they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room. Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here.

GGuest UserWasa hotel is just in the center of Alanya. Nice to walk in the evening in the center. It's very close to the famous Cleopatra beach and hotel has got its own space. Sunbed and umbrella are free. Rooms are clean. Reception and management is good. Special thanks to them. They're really helpful and eager to solve problems producing solutions when necessary. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

GGuest UserStaff were helpfull the owner was welcoming and friendly the rooms were clean aircon fridge telly balcony and lift to floors well recommend if want just a room 20 second walk to beach restaurants and few bars and for the price u can't beat it for alanya for boats paraglidin white water rafting scuba diving or visitin the caves
