This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

Cozy hotel with a pleasant small area. Sun loungers, hammocks, tables with a canopy right on the beach and lovely, helpful staff - everything is created for relaxation and a relaxing holiday. The food is a little expensive, but tasty. Cocktails are fire. Recommendations for choosing a room - book above the 1st floor; friends' rooms with access to the beach seemed dark and damp. We lived on the 3rd floor, the room was spacious and bright, with a balcony and excellent sea views. We would return again with pleasure.

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

The dishes cooked in this restaurant are a little too salty. If you stay, you can communicate with the front desk. The front desk can also provide services such as island hopping. I chose the longest one, 1000p per person, and the whole service is also very good.

JD Bar has good hardware, but it is not bad. After all, it can cook rice and soup, and it is good to buy some fish and shrimp.

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. In a bay, quiet, with just the right amount of waves. There is a private beach, quiet, children can play all day. Snorkeling is available as soon as you enter the water, the water is clear, and there are many colorful fish. The boss's cooking skills are amazing, and the coconut chicken soup is endless. Bring your friends and come on a vacation, it's really fun.

But the menus are all in English, you need to download the English quick translation to order. The environment is very good, you can see it by opening the video yourself.
