MM37232****1.

GGuest UserThe most important thing to say is that this is not a 4* hotel. This is an average 3* hotel. In terms of level. Below is a description in order. Room. I had a room with a sea view on the 2nd floor. The sea view is one third. Since the trees are growing and blocking the view, you look at the trees. And there are many rooms like this. Maybe for some this is a plus. There is a small balcony to sit, breathe some air and smoke, if you need to. The room itself is simple, but clean. It is obvious that it is not new. I would not say that it is broken down, but parts of the walls were painted at different times, this is visible, there are smudges, there is little furniture. There is no usual air conditioner, there is a fan unit in the wall at knee level. You cannot set the temperature, there are only two knobs - air flow strength and cooling strength. Directly to cool - no, the air conditioner did not cool the air, it made it a little fresher. That is, it is more of a fan than an air conditioner. It was impossible to cool the air at night and then sleep comfortably, it quickly became hot, and leaving this fan overnight was inconvenient - it was very noisy and blew on the bed. I had to get up and turn it on and off a couple of times a night. Bathroom. For some reason, shelves for clothes and shoes and a safe were placed here. Inconvenient. The safe did not work at all, it was all rusty. Of the toiletries, the hotel only provides liquid soap and shampoo. Poor for a 4* hotel, which it calls itself. No shower cap, no cotton accessories, no body lotion, no slippers - nothing. The water pressure is quite weak, the hot water comes from the water heater, so it is sometimes warmer, sometimes colder. Towels were changed regularly, the bed linen was simply tucked in. The room itself was cleaned well. Only the sand was not always swept clean, I had to ask again. There is a small teapot, coffee and green tea, a small refrigerator. I did not find a hair dryer and iron. Breakfast is included in the price, but it is simple. 2 pieces of toast, butter, jam, scrambled eggs, some fruit, tea/coffee. You can order something more decent from the menu, but for an extra fee. You can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The prices are a little higher than in the restaurants on the beach, but the food is very good, the portions are large (unlike the beach restaurants, where it is problematic to find good food). The staff is very responsive, they will do everything you ask. The hotel territory is cleaned well. But there is little space in front of the hotel on the beach, so there are also few sun loungers. If the hotel is occupied, then there will definitely not be enough sun loungers for everyone. The entrance to the sea is pebbles with sand. In the morning, when the tide is in, it is comfortable to enter. But after lunch, when the water recedes, it is less comfortable, the pebbles on the bottom are exposed, it is painful to enter barefoot, it is better in aqua shoes. A separate thing that I did not like was the stray dogs. They wander everywhere, they are not chased away, they are not aggressive, but they still itch, reproduce, bite right there in front of your eyes. There are traders who walk around offering all sorts of crap, but they are not very intrusive, although they pester you consistently, even if they see you for the fifth time in a day. In general, it is worth saying that for the Philippines, the hotel is very good. The rest around are even worse)) But you need to understand that these are real 3* and do not expect 4* service.

YYizhuliangrenIt is close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you go out. The house is clean and hygienic, but there is no quilt. The shower water pressure is not great. Breakfast is provided. Traveling to other places, the front desk can call a car and book a boat ticket

GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel for a week. Since we got into a typhoon and couldn't get on the day of the booking, we had to come later. The Eva administrator had no problems with the dates. All told what to do on the island and what places we can visit. Always been on contact and answered any questions. If you are looking for a budget hotel with a sea view, it is just that option.

WWilfriedThey provided not the room type I had booked and paid for only after massive complain, then I got an upgrade which was okay. The restaurant is simple. The dive shop is well equipped but there was a serious issue. The dive guide made only a very short briefing. He never asked for the tank pressure and so one diver ran out of air. I don‘t want to experience such.

EElenaE.We chose this place by reviews and for its location. When we arrived we had to sign an agreement with the property rules which are in abundance: from “no outside food or drinks at the property” to fines for stained towels and sheets. Though there are “shhh” signs everywhere I woke up both mornings of our stay because someone was walking and talking loudly right outside our door. The room is really small close to tiny, there’s no fridge (ok, that’s the type of room without one), the safe didn’t work but the friendly and helpful staff kindly stored our valuables in theirs. The place is beautifully located and the food is ok.

MMurataiThis was my first visit. The location was excellent, about a 3-minute walk from the beach. There was a tricycle stop nearby so getting around wasn't too much of a problem. There is no reception so check-in may be a little confusing. I asked a man nearby to call the person in charge and then I went to my room. The room was what you'd expect for the price, but there was no hair dryer. If price and access to the beach are important to you, I think it's a good choice!

AaldenZhaoCost-effective, cheap during the May Day holiday. Internal hygiene is good, towels and other supplies are dehaired, toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo are charged, it is best to bring your own. Very close to the beach, 3 minutes walk, there are many diving clubs next to it. Surrounding dining is also OK, Korean restaurants are not bad.
