Great
GGuest UserIIt was a wonderful experience on all fronts. Upon arriving at the hotel, an employee offered us cold towels to wipe of the sweat and humidity of the hot morning, later providing us with glasses of icy pineapple juice. They asked for a 5000PHP deposit upon check in, which they gave back once we checked out. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and the AC was powerful and very useful considering the hot and humid Boracay weather. We had breakfast included in our package and it was incredibly good every single morning (breakfast was served from 6AM to 10AM).  They provide five breakfast choices: Filipino, Western, Pancakes or Waffles, Eggs Benedict, and omelette. All dishes could be served accompanied either with house cured bacon or sausage; for what concerns the drink choices we could choose between coffee, milk and orange juice. Everyday housekeeping cleaned the room excellently and redid the bed, changing the sheets if we required it. The hotel provided us with beach/swimming pool towels if we asked for them. Moreover, the hotel provides for multiple services and activities if required such as spa treatments and island hopping. We tried both of them and they were excellent and cheap all considering. We paid around 20 euros for the island hopping activities, visiting Puka beach, Crystal Cove Island and snorkeling with fishes in a gorgeous marine environment. Lunch was also included in the package and we ate in a resort in Mactan Island called Mega Parau (the resort offered buffet and everything was tasty and good).  We tried the spa as well, and I got an Hilot Massage and a Foot massage/Reflexology: both were insanely good and relaxing, and I felt like it drained all the stress and tension I had in my body. They last 1 hour each. Both massages cost me a total of 1700PHP (around 25 euros), which is cheap considering the service. One day we had a problem with the AC because it dripped water on the floor and they replaced it in the span of an hour with a new one, once again proving to be professionals. They also called a tuk tuk (the common public transportation within the island) when we needed it to reach a dmall.  They suggested us places where to eat and gave us advices when needed, all considering they were extremely kind and were proactive in solving problems, offering their help with everything. 10/10 would recommend. If you’re unsure on where to stay, Ondus Resort is the one you’re looking for.

AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees. Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

The staff were accommodating and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with genuine hospitality. The hotel’s location is very convenient, being just a short walk from D’Mall, which made exploring the area effortless. GGuest UserI love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your tone but improves the flow and grammar: Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I loved everything about it - from the service and amenities to the breakfast. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the money. It was honestly hard for us to get out of bed because it was that cozy! The water pressure in the shower was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly as well. Our stay felt like a true vacation. We were able to relax so much that we ended up taking multiple naps during the day. Lol! It really helped us unwind and forget about stress. We also really enjoyed the pool bar, especially the floating beds. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t beachfront. You need to walk about 7 minutes to reach the beach. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

KKangsillasI had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The service from the front desk, restaurant, and concierge was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with any issues, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. From my room, I could see the beautiful pool outside, which was a lovely view and really brightened my mood. The hotel offers a shuttle service to D'Mall, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to White Beach, so the location is truly excellent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

AAdelfa ManalI would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

MmariascapesWe stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences. We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge. At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night. Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay.

KKARL ERVIN TIBIOHad a wonderful stay at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is convenient just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort and value in Boracay.

GGuest UserPros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
