Great
MmcpoThe following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 114 that day. Hotel location: Lagos has convenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself. They were taken when I checked in that day. They are pretty good. Look at the pictures for bedding and linens. The bed is quite comfortable to sleep on. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. It is a buffet with many varieties and fresh ingredients. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded. They were quite considerate during my stay. I was given a cold drink as soon as I arrived at the front desk. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.
GGuest UserSwiss Hotel services are very out standing. Serene and classy.. The services is much more than their rate. When I first heard of the hotel, didn't believe what a heard about the awesomeness and hospitality. Until I visited the first time,I was surprised their services was much more cooler than I expected. Since then I don't ever use anywhere else whenever am on holiday or leave. Swiss Hotel is one of the best guys! It is a place to be.. Give it a trial.
OOluwaseun FawehinmiThe hotel is very good in terms of the infrastructure, location and its clean .However it took the receptionist more than 10min to confirm my booking after showing the confirmation email received from Trip.com/hotel. Secondly in the morning they denied me breakfast and stated they couldn’t find in my booking. Very disappointing
RrainandwinterI had a very pleasant stay at Shoregate. The reception staff were warm, respectful, and attentive to my time. The room was clean, neatly arranged, and comfortably cooled with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was bright, spotless, and had good water pressure in the shower. While the bed was softer than I prefer and the television screen had visible lines, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. I would gladly return.
GGuest UserThe place is beautiful but I didn’t sleep all night because the room had highly air conditioned on 6*degrees cold and no warm blankets I turned off all lights using key card but the room was still very cold I got too sick and cold but I didn’t want to complain I just walked away other than that the place is beautiful and friendly staff
Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.
RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.
GGuest UserThe hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .
flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance
GGuest UserHonestly, have travelled to many places in the world but the hotel hospitality really made me enjoyed my stay in Nigeria. The food most especially their breakfast was a top notch, their workers are very welcoming and friendly and the room was worth the price because of their great amenities and hospitality.
GGuest UserThe rooms are pretty good, quite big and clean. The only thing is that I lost a mobile phone. I don’t know if it was taken away by the sanitation staff.
