Amazing
TTINGKUNA day trip around Oaxaca can ask the hotel to help with taxis, 250 pesos per hour. Although the price is slightly more expensive, the comfort level and convenience are much better than the local day trips. Also about the taxi to the airport, the asking price is also 250, I feel a little expensive, please ask the hotel front desk to help cut the price of 200. The hotel has a small variety of breakfast, only toast, muffin, fruit plate, jam, juice, coffee and tea, but the taste is very good, if it is not enough, you can pay for it. Although the hotel is not as luxurious as a five-star hotel, the service is very thoughtful and fills in the journey.

GGuest UserWe visited Oaxaca City in September, 2025, and stayed for a week at La Catrina de Alcalá. We had a King room towards the back of the building. The room was large with plenty of room to store all of our items (clothes, toiletries, backpacks, umbrellas, etc.) and was very quiet. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The included breakfast was continental, so we ordered off the menu a couple of times. All the food was delicious and fresh. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Mole Tamale. Finally, the location was perfect! The hotel is located on a pedestrian only street in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return on our next trip to Oaxaca City.
