A beautiful place. The hotel is located right on the shore of the ocean, all rooms with balconies and ocean view. Staff is very hospitality, helped carry bags, cleaned the room at request and always smiled. I would like to note the hotel manager, Darya. met in the hotel at the settlement, told about the hotel, about the surroundings where and what you can see, always was in contact. Hotel restaurant, just wonderful. All the dishes (mostly Italian) were very delicious. On the last day, at our request, the cook cooked a set of Sri Lanka national dishes, it was great. All additionally served the bread basket, butter. The pool is clean, warm. Rooms with good repair and normal furniture. Air conditioning worked quietly. The plumbing is in good condition.

Excellent little spot by the beach, in our opinion this end of the beach was much nicer than the main Dikwella bay. Clean, calm and quiet - everything you could ask for. The hotel has private sun loungers which are always empty and available. The hotel food is great, the pizza is cheap and absolutely amazing. We tried surf lessons with an excellent surf school next door which was great fun. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean - totally fine. Hiriketiya is just 5 minutes down the road in a Tuk Tuk and to be honest this beachfront is much nicer than Hiriketiya which we found busy, touristy and dirty - but there are some great cafes, shops and restaurants to head over for in the evening or morning. Casa Smeralda staff were helpful and attentive - they always went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a peaceful, calm beach hotel to relax in! Side note: delivery apps did not work to this location but there are plenty of local restaurants to walk to.

酒店的環境優美，很安靜，裝修設計很有質感，看到山下的視野非常漂亮，距離海邊和熱鬧的小鎮也不遠，地理位置可以説相當優秀。但由於酒店位於一座小山的山頂上，上下山的路很窄且泥濘，車輛很難上下山，當我們好不容易到了山頂，和酒店工作人員商量退房時請他們用酒店的tuktuk車幫我們把行李帶下山，（當晚我們幾個家庭共定了5個房間，行李之多可想而知）竟然遭到拒絕，就連我提出會給一定的小費，也沒答應，真的絕了！我們平時走路上下山也就罷了，那麼多行李怎麼帶下去？酒店連這一點都不為客人考慮，實在有些過分了。連我們的司機，一個斯里蘭卡當地人，也批評酒店服務差。最後幸虧我們的司機給力，通過熟人聯繫到了酒店負責人，後安排服務工作人員把我們行李帶下去了，收了2000盧比的小費。但不好的服務體驗還是給我們留下了不好的印象。

The rooms are just like the photos, spacious, air-conditioned, with a cozy private beach, hearty and delicious breakfasts. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. Thanks to the whole team, especially to manager Hashan ❤️ he recommended the best places to visit, answered all our questions, and became our friend! We stayed in Ella for the same price, and compared to this hotel, it was a 0/10. This hotel is the best, 100/10! A real vibe 🌺 I will miss Sharik and these guys 🥺❤️ If I come to Sri Lanka again, I will definitely stay here!

The host of the Suren Hotel is very trembling to treat its guests, any request was decided very quickly. The hotel team is trying to make your holiday perfect! In the hotel itself very clean, the area is dented.

Very nice hotel with barbecue buffet It's right by the sea, the atmosphere is great at night, and you can surf during the day The room facilities are average, but OK. I recommend staying in that kind of house (the hotel's single-family villa is comfortable)

Good location but hotel still under a lot of construction

This hotel was amazing. They gave us a really good room. The staff was friendly and treated us well. The location is closer to good beaches, bars and restaurants. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
