The hotel is very good. The staff are very friendly and especially very helpful ready to serve despite their respective status. The breakfast offers a wide range of foods. In the context of the Nawmi party where the Durga goddess is worried, the hotel offers a wide selection of typical Bengal dishes in the form of buffet lunch and evening. The staff of the restaurant is excellent. The car service is also very good. Ritesh was a out-pair guide and he made me visit insolite places. I recommend it without hesitation because we feel very safe with him.

Breakfast is good, it is set on Ctrip Travel Online, I do n’t know what happened, some are deducted from the hotel, some still need to pay at the hotel, but they are also deducted at a certain time, which is very confused.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at AIRPORT CITY HOTEL, Kolkata. The ambience was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, with an exceptionally spotless bathroom. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all our requests were met promptly. The food was delicious as well. Overall, a great experience! I would rate it 5/5. Thank you for the hospitality.

I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.

Room, food, service, all good accept morning front office stuff. They kept so long to get room when room look like vacant from long time, i was almost four hours to get room, all-ready i told them i have flight early midnight, thank you

We usually stay here when stopping over in Kolkata as it's conveniently located. You can catch an Uber to the airport for around 150 rupees. It's located next to a supermarket and just down the road is a nice shopping center. The staff were very attentive and helpful even though it was a busy time.
