Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff"

I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! "Arrived late at night for check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room, dining area, and bedroom. The downsides were that the glass door to the living room balcony couldn't be opened, and the bedroom had no windows, which felt very claustrophobic. The room's facilities were dated, and the renovation work wasn't very effective. The hallway had an overpowering scent that was quite strong. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent. For a Taj property, paying just over 800 for this type of room was acceptable, with the only real issue being the age of the room's facilities."

"I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping."
