Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

The hotel location is good, very near to amenities and shops. Hotel staff is friendly. They even arranged pre-packed breakfast for us as we are catching a early flight. Hotel is new and modern.

The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the main city centre, the Old Venetian Harbour, the mosque, the lighthouse, cafes, and restaurants. It was also a 7–10-minute walk from Chania Central Bus Station. The rooms were a good size, and the bed mattresses were comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room were spacious and well-equipped. What I really liked about the apartment was the washing machine, microwave, and clothes drying rack on the balcony. Anna was very kind and helpful. She assisted us during check-in and whenever we had any other issues. We also had a nice chat about tours. The only things missing were toothbrushes and slippers. The apartment was cleaned every three days. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable apartment.

It's not a very big hotel, with six or seven floors and four or five rooms on each floor. The room faces the sea, the view is great, and I fall asleep every night listening to the sound of the waves. The facilities in the room are average, the service is in place, the location is a little remote, and the facilities nearby are average, but it's a ten-minute walk to a relatively prosperous place, overall it's good

Wonderful stay, sadly, they put us in the only room with a view! (Room V (5) Should have been advised of this, with a discount offered!) Nonetheless, the staff was wonderful as well as the location. Be advised....a taxi cannot drop/pick you up ... so be prepared to walk with luggage about 300 meters. Also, as this is a historic structure....there is no elevator. Exceptional breakfast is offered in a very scenic view of the old Harbour.

The stay was perfect exactly like we expected. We came by car and Christina was very helpful. She explained to us where we can park. The room was really nice. I really like how they changed those tiny places to really nice and cozy rooms. The breakfast was good. The people are really welcome in the Location is perfect. It’s just like few steps to the main port.

This hotel is very clean, the hotel front desk is very warm, the taxi software on Kaniya Island is not available, they are all called to the hotel front desk to help them book a taxi, there is a small bottle of wine and snacks in the room after check-in in the hotel. With a small balcony, it is very convenient to dry clothes. The balcony has two chairs and a small table to sit and rest. Breakfast feels OK. It is very close to the bus terminal. It takes a few minutes to the beach. The picture is a two-day breakfast map. There is also a street map. There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks.

Stayed for 5 nights in early September. The room was beautifully finished, and very comfortable. The location is right on the seafront, with a good buzz, good food and drink etc in many bars & restaurants beside the apartments. It’s a beautiful 10min walk to the old town along the sea, passing many pretty restaurant & bars. Joanna looked after us and she simply couldn’t have more helpful or friendly. We loved Chania, wasn’t expensive, very pretty and endearing place. Food was excellent and people very friendly. This was our 4th time in Crete and I think our favorite. We hired a car, which I recommend (can park on street beside apartment), because there are so many extraordinary beeches to visit. For example Elafonisi beech is a must see in our view. The drive (1hr 45mins) while difficult at times takes you through a beautiful gorge and traditional villages. However there’s many gorgeous beeches much closer too.

The hotel deserves its four-star rating. The lobby and the restaurant on the second floor are both beautiful and elegantly decorated. The room was also nice. 22 square meters is basically consistent. The beds and quilts are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, and the service is excellent. Black tea comes with a tea bowl and boiling water per person, and a set of cups. Tea is served to everyone, and coffee is also served to the table. The dining table is made of two layers of tablecloth, bleached and ironed to a crisp. This kind of service should be reserved for five-star hotels, but Cocaton Hotel can also provide you with this service, which is amazing. Luggage storage after early arrival and check-out was also attentive. The front desk service is very attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently answers questions. The location is very good, facing the gate of an ancient building in Chania. (The building is being re-roofed and may become a tourist product center.) It is only 2 to 300 meters away from the old town, which is very convenient. Stayed for two days, value for money. The only thing worthy of improvement is that the tissue paper is placed under the washbasin and cannot be found without looking carefully. It is recommended to simply place it on the table in the room. See Figure 11. Facilities: good Health: good Environment: good Service: very good
