The hotel environment was quiet, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite modern. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. AAnonymous UserThe location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our original room was next to the elevator and was quite noisy, but they helped us change to another room quickly, which we appreciated.
However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a very large spider in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel also provides luggage storage service, but there was no dedicated storage area, so it did not feel very secure.
Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

AArawayneTook advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

AAnonymous User優點是房間大，停車免費，服務員有幫提行李到房間。缺點是房間裝太修老舊沒有空調，沒有電梯，有些房間窗户不能不開，空氣不能對流，酒店總共也沒有幾個房間，酒店後面雖然有河，但是水質很差長滿了水生物，而且根本沒有路供你散步！窗户上全是蜘蛛！

LLidiia KWell the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good.
Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go.
Our standard room was very small, though cozy.
AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception.
Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes).
It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve.
Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

GGuest UserLovely hotel - couldn’t get a better location sadly let down by the size of the room (bathroom was ok) but bedroom was very tight. By far the worst problem was a lack of working air conditioning. It was a hot night and although an air con unit was in the room we couldn’t get it to work no matter what we tried. Due to the heat, sleep was a scarce commodity during our stay. If we’d have booked for longer than a night I would have not have slept in that room again if there was working no air con.

WwkVery nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped.
The dear park must be visited.
I recommend this hotel.
