From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining establishments. Whether I wanted to explore the cultural landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The hotel environment is OK, but when I was sleeping soundly in the morning, there was an inexplicable false fire alarm. Later, the hotel reported that they had pressed the wrong button. The address given on Ctrip was wrong. The address on Ctrip is always wrong. The hotel is always wrong every time.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty car parking space. Conveniently located off motorway junction. Would use again.

Lovely stay in superbly appointed suite. Great restaurant for afternoon tea and breakfast. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble including bringing extra pillows and room service. Super hotel to which we plan to return.

The hotel staff are still polite and friendly, but unfortunately I checked in at 3 o'clock. I arrived on time but told me to come back at 4 o'clock. I tried the hotel breakfast, and it was delicious.

The breakfast food choice was fine but the plates were cold and the food did seem to have been sitting out for a while. Otherwise it was lovely
