KKrameraStayed here several times before & would definitely be staying here again. Great location with easy access to all Heathrow terminals, nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms, nice bar which is open 24 hours with a good restaurant to complement. Staff are super helpful & friendly, breakfast offers a very good selection.

GGuest UserGreat location and helpful at check in. Was on top floor, only minor problem was carrying suitcases up as no lift, but not a big problem. Room clean and tea/coffee provided. Would stay again next time.

Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
