KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

GGuest UserI was very pleasantly surprised by how good my stay was. The staff were very polite and even answered my questions over SMS message. I've not experienced 'US' levels of customer service from a UK hotel until I visited here.
The best thing about this venue is the bar and dining downstairs. Much better than your average hotel. Jacks served acceptable food and drinks but carries on the theme of good service and politeness.
Good location also, being only a short walk to Hatton Cross tube station. Highly recommended.

The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!

GGuest UserIt is good for short stay. It is close to high street and is great for near by transport 2 min for bus stop and 5 min walk to get underground station ..Washrooms are bit inconvenient as it just allows to stand for a single person

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not far from the kew bridge. The road is under construction at the door. The house is built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants to eat, etc., and there is gairl coffee, which is quite convenient. The hotel itself has a consistent style, breakfast is still more, the room is large, the overall business trip is more suitable, that is, the summer holiday is not beautiful.

TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.
