Conveniently located. There are hotel signs on the airport's departure level, but not on the arrival level, so you need to go up one floor. It's in the same building as Express, and the breakfast is probably more extensive. This time, at the Crowne Plaza breakfast, I had leafy greens. There were also three or four types of yogurt, including self-serve from a large bowl, and individual packaged ones too. The fruit selection was the most I've seen at a UK breakfast, and there was a wide variety of cheeses. I even tried blue cheese for the first time and realized it tastes a bit like fermented bean curd. There were also three or four kinds of cold cuts/ham. But what I value most is the vegetables 🥬. The menu shown is for dinner.

Booked for 1 night for my Mum and I before our early morning flight to Santorini. Exceptional location spitting distance (short walk) straight into Terminal. Great service from all staff, quick check in, help with heavy bags from taxi up to room and perfectly clean room. Lobby bar and restaurant excellent, we enjoyed food and prosecco before bed. Highly recommend.

Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from Hatton Cross underground. Giving access to Heathrow terminals and central London. We dropped our car and left luggage at reception at 10am and took the train into London. The hotel had a lively bar area, snack bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice and everything looked fresh. The whole experience exceeded expectations. Good value for money. Even parking was reasonable (£18 for 24 hours) will definitely stay again

【A Must for Business Trips】The location is perfect for work! It's close to the business district and subway station. The room has a spacious workspace with plenty of power outlets. The printing and copying services are efficient, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed even when working late at night. The value for money far exceeds other hotels of its kind~

This hotel location is perfect. Our flight is in the morning so we just walking cross over a link bridge and walk to Heathrow airport T2 to level 5 departure Hall. I have booked family room with airport view. It’s a great experience for my kids

The hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It has a pool, but you need to request a specific key at the front desk to access it. The service is good, but when communication is difficult, they don't make it easier to communicate more effectively. The hotel is located towards the airport. This is a shame because when I visited, I had bad luck with traffic, which wasted a lot of my time getting to the city center. I ended up ordering an Uber because I gave up on using public transport. The hotel is beautiful; the only downside is its location.

The hotel is far from any metro station and you have to take a bus to go to metro station. Also, the air conditioning is set by the hotel team and they ask you to open the window to adjust the room temperature but it’s a hotel near to highway and once you open the window it’s will be too noisy.

Staying at this hotel during my London trip was truly the best choice. The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!

Myself and my mother travelled down to Brentford for a wedding. We got there early but the reception checked us in an hour earlier which was a huge help. The only thing that I would say is that the car park was really busy, I was lucky to get an actual last space but it would have been really inconvenient to find a spot, especially with the car park being so narrow.

Located right inside Terminal 4, this hotel is a great choice if you have an early morning flight. The room was very spacious, and I was really pleased with the environment. I left at 4 AM, and the staff member at the entrance even greeted me. 😁
