Find 4-Star Hotels in Nord

Nice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner.  No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille. Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

Self-driving tour, the hotel location is very convenient, do not enter the city, get off the expressway basically arrived, although the surrounding is not bustling, but the catering service is OK. The hotel has helped us make the sofa bed. The room is smaller than the one in Paris. It will be cleaned every day. The hotel is very large, especially with a large outdoor activity space, friendly to children.

Unfortunately, the information on trip isn't entirely accurate. According to the photos, there should be a bathtub. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Furthermore, the room was in need of some maintenance. For example, the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower head was broken. Regarding service, we didn't receive any clean towels after the first day, even though the old ones were just lying on the floor. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. However, the location is perfect. Very close to the city center. We actually expected more, even though it wasn't bad. We give it a 7.

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Negative points: Staff present in the evening not very pleasant, no cart in the room, unchanged breakfast and cheap for the price of ”19€50”. The shower ceiling was broken and very open as you can see on the photo. But largely it's good for one night or two no more.

This is the first hotel after landing in Europe. I also hesitated for a while. I read the comments and said that some old, staying for one night without expectations is OK. The outside does look shabby, the inside is OK, of course, it can not be compared with the mainland four stars, there is a small swimming pool, many locals use it. For us, the temperature is too low to try. The room is not big, can put down the luggage, a little smelly musty, the air conditioner will disperse after a while, the bedding is good, the towels are clean, the bathroom is OK, the renovation, the hotel is located on the edge of the high speed, so it is suitable for self-driving, parking is free. The staff is also ok, that is, the general attitude of work. Breakfast is also 👌, there are not many varieties but French bread is always delicious. There is a supermarket not far away within a 10-minute walk, you can recharge drinking water and fruit, the price is not expensive. There is a restaurant in the town, the mood is good, very leisurely.

Second time at that hotel and I still really like it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. First time I was there, I had musquitos in my room in November which was surprising, this time I did not have any. The room was clean and spacious. I also love the location which is straight on the city center and still a lot of public parking around the hotel.just heads up in case you have heavy luggage, that hotel has no lift and goes up to 3 floors. Other than that very nice and very friwndlyg 🥵
