AAnonymous UserSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

LLinn TkThe kitchen is quite hidden away from the dining area, so you might not find it at first. There are two microwaves but no electric kettle. The room facilities are good, with two showers and two toilets. The lockers also have locks, so you can feel secure.

GGuest UserOverall a good experience except the guests living on top of us are quite noisy. But we don't hear anything from other neighbors. Thus, we don't think it's the soundproof issue, most probably is just the guests above is extremely inconsiderate of others.
The room is as described, the bed is quite comfy. The neighborhood is quite nice and calm. Location a little bit far from the centre but can easy reach by tram nearby. If you enjoy walking, about 30 mins walk you could reach most places. To Euralille train station is about 15 mins walks.
We recommend it.

Extremely disappointing breakfast for the price of 14 euros. There are little things to eat in sugar. No natural yawns, no herb syrup, no four-quarters, madlaws, or bricks ...
In addition, it was missing everything and in the event of a stream there was absolutely nothing to eat. Some people waited for almost 20 minutes to have it only a growing one.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

QQIONGThe hotel’s transportation is not particularly convenient. It’s not easy for our car to go to a meeting every day. We have to walk a long way to get to the station, but this hotel is relatively new beside the main road, so the sign is very obvious and it is relatively easy to find the hotel’s front desk I did not wear a uniform. It looked like a part-time job. The room was simple compared to domestic hotels. The room was very crowded and small. The only surprise is the hotel’s breakfast, which is richer every day.

GGuest UserEverything you needed was there, but not more. Very basic minimum. We were satisfied, the room was quite small, same the bathroom, but not too small. Personnel was friendly and check in and out times were good. It’s quite okay for the price, guess you won’t find better places for that price. It was clean and warm.

Mmiss banzaiSecond time at that hotel and I still really like it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. First time I was there, I had musquitos in my room in November which was surprising, this time I did not have any. The room was clean and spacious. I also love the location which is straight on the city center and still a lot of public parking around the hotel.just heads up in case you have heavy luggage, that hotel has no lift and goes up to 3 floors. Other than that very nice and very friwndlyg 🥵
