GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is literally next door to Cannes train station. Although Cannes is a small city, you don't really need to be that close to the train station, as the main shopping streets and beach is walkable from the station in 20 mins.
We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out.
The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats.

GGuest UserWe paid for a room prestige, but left a lot to desire, in addition to the receptionist sympathy they told us since our arrival that we had booked one of the best suites and that we have nights that the reservation is more than a thousand euros (end) it is to say that everything would be perfect, everything went well until morning after the end of the year fires that by signal had a good face , we were celebrating our fiance in the jacuzzi to which it did not work and it was very noisy when the water was it was cleared at the end. We have been over a day , we don't like to disturb and bad days all have,and the next day it repeated, but only the next day they could solve the problem and we understand that part , but the water of the shower was cold, in December is difficult to take a cold water bath and every day the water never got regular, which made the stay unpleasant... the jacuzzi problem was solved on the third day and we understand, they tried their best, a new room and the breakfast included and we thank you for that,to thiso of the water was one of the negative points and the breakfast served in the room had some missing things in the menu (no additional cost) that should warn, but finally. The staff were very friendly and the view was very beautiful. Cleaning could also be improved, it has pins marks on the toilet cap that should not exist and the cakes of the caviars on the terrace that in no day was clean 🫠. But I believe it was just a bad phase that can happen anywhere, not stop visiting, it is just an assessment, perhaps a little more demanding person and who works with demanding public! 😅

GGuest UserEin sehr süßes, kreativ gestaltetes Haus mit Pool im grünen Garten. Absolut großartiger Service und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite im OG, die absolut großzügig geschnitten war und einen riesigen Balkon hatte. Vom Bett aus konnte man bis zum Meer schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig an der Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche kann man noch arbeiten- Gläser, Teller, Besteck und ein Korkenzieher sowie Geschirrhandtuch wären toll. Auch ein Bademantel für den Pool wäre schön. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, da es weniger touristisch ist. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

SShamin GholamiWe booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking.
Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

The rooms are impeccable, spacious and well laid out. From top brand furniture to exquisite soft furnishings, every detail reveals quality and luxury. The bed is as comfortable as the cloud, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, making me sleep well all night. High-end bathroom facilities, smart toilet, oversized bathtub and high-quality bath accessories, give people the ultimate enjoyment of body and mind.
The hotel's service is even more meticulous, the staff is warm and friendly and professional. Whether it is the fast and efficient check-in at the front desk, the intimate care of the room service staff on call, or the detailed introduction and thoughtful service of the restaurant waiter, I feel at home.
In terms of dining, the restaurant's dishes, whether the freshness of the ingredients or the cooking skills, have reached a high level. Rich and varied breakfast, exquisite and delicious dinner, each dish is like a work of art, satisfying all the expectations of the taste buds.
In addition, the hotel's leisure facilities are also very complete, the gym is equipped with advanced equipment, the swimming pool is clear, the spa massager is skilled, so that I can relax in my spare time.
In short, this hotel, whether it is hardware facilities or software services, has shown the top level, is the ideal choice for people pursuing high-quality life, I will definitely come again, and I will highly recommend it to friends around me.

DDakota PuiNice location within Cannes but the room was father old, many broken items like the leakage and missing nails. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am.
