Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs.

HHeixiongsiwen這應該是我在法國旅遊期間住過最好的酒店，首先，前台接待特別好，我第一次碰見前台登記入住的專門離開工作崗位把我送到房間的，這是我在國外旅遊第一次碰到，而我竟然忘了給她小費。其次，酒店的環境特別好，有一個露天的泳池被酒店的房間包圍着，私密性很好，泳池的員工服務也特別好。房間設計得極其的棒，可能是專業設計師來設計的，不論是床品還是佈局，還是整個房間的背景佈置，都感覺非常舒服。再説説不太好的，第一就是在離店的時候多收了錢，所以千萬不能拿卡去做擔保，否則的話他們會收你兩次錢，寧願給現金做按金，這是我在他們這邊學到的一個經驗，後來為了要回這個錢，折騰了好長時間。第二就是他們的沙灘，並不像想象的這麼好，不是衹給酒店的客人，而是什麼人都可以進，而且沙灘床距離太近，躺在床上感覺跟別人睡在一張床上。

AAnonymous UserThe bathtub in the room is designed without a shower curtain, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Everything else is good, the area is quite large. It is very close to the sea, just across the road. There are luxury stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many dining options. The location, environment and service are all very good, and I am very satisfied with the stay experience.

It's in Mediterranean style. It's very comfortable to live in, especially the mattress. It feels like you're sinking into it.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff upgraded me to a room with a balcony for free, thank you! The stay was very comfortable, including the bathtub, bed, sofa, balcony, everything. The breakfast was a little weak, not many varieties, the fruit was not sweet, and the black guy serving was also sloppy. But the hotel is in an excellent location, in the heart of Cannes. Public parking is 30 Euros per night. Valet parking is 50. Will come again.
