The hotel is located in an exhibition area in Erfurt, next to a large supermarket and a small Vietnamese restaurant. There is an S-Bahn platform in front of the hotel. Parking is available but charges apply. The staff at the front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and the breakfast buffet was quite rich, but there were several service staff in the restaurant that didn't seem to be particularly friendly to Asians! The room was clean, tidy and bright, but the space was slightly smaller and the room was free of charge.

Very good friendly service. Beautiful maintained hotel is not far from the railway station. Good to reach with public transport, rail and bus.
