Das Zimmer war gut, das Bett bequem, das Bad groß. Leider fehlten irgendwie so dinge wie n Wasserkocher Kaffee für den ersten Kaffee bevor man zum Frühstück geht. Dafür gabs Bademantel und Schlappen sowie extra Kissen im Zimmer.

A bit old hotel, but the problem is not very big, or a small suite, the key problem is that the bathroom has heating room is open but not, the most amazing is the bed, written is a big bed room, actually two single beds put together, the quilt is also according to the single bed is very small, It was not tightly covered at all, so I woke up in the middle of the night, forced to cover a bath towel, cover the quilt, and cover the small quilt of the next bed. Mercure is as reliable as always. It is located in the center of the old town, very convenient to the Old Bridge, the Cathedral and the Town Hall. Parking is also convenient. The service at the front desk is particularly warm and professional, great.

Das Hotel schien ausgebucht zu sein. Es gab somit keine ausreichenden Parkplätze aber auch nicht genügend Plätze zum Frühstück. Somit entstanden Wartezeiten, welche unnötig waren. Das Personal war aber durchgehend freundlich und versuchte die Situation zu regeln.

Nice place a little bit outside Erfurt. I've stayed here many times on business trips; can't complain!

The hotel is really good. The city is only 15 minutes walking distance or about 5 minutes by tram, which is just in the vicinity. There is a small supermarket (tegut) near the hotel. Otherwise, everything is to say as usual. It was clean, and the rooms were furnished as you know from B&B. A small advantage specifically in this hotel is that the double rooms can only be placed individually because of fire protection requirements. There is more room for you. I have to give a small deduction. The hotel has air conditioning. But I couldn't control this one myself (probably because it was just mid-April) I'd like to sleep cold, so I'm at the reception and asked if you could turn off the central control. It was also confirmed immediately, but I couldn't control the air conditioning then. It has still not worked after again asking. I was there as said in April. Then it is not so dramatic, but if this is also supposed to be so in summer, then well ... But this is a point that others probably do not see, but I want to mention it. All in all a reasonable hotel, just typical B&B. You can spend a few nights there wonderfully.

I just stayed in the Lindene corner, didn't eat anything. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. The lady at the reception was very nice.

Very cozy and charming place. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. A great stop during our trip.

Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and service. The only criticism we have is the availability of the hotel with the car. After three attempts we gave it up. The transit through construction sites was not possible everywhere. We have finally placed our car in a parking house.

Soweit in Ordnung. TV zwar vorhanden, aber die Grundprogramme wie rtl, vox oä. waren nicht eingestellt.
