"It is quite close to Yining Railway Station, within walking distance. There is Silk Road Night Market nearby, which feels like a big bazaar. It is convenient to go shopping and eat at night. The hotel is a bit old, and mineral water needs to be charged extra, which is not very generous."

In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Guests of this Yining hotel can make use of the parking facilities. "After returning from the mainland for the Chinese New Year, the last stop was Yili. I happened to fall in love with this hotel at first sight. I arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock that night. A very beautiful Kazakh girl at the front desk of the hotel was smiling and serving enthusiastically. She treated the children with the same care as her sister. After completing the check-in procedures and returning to the room, the room and the corridor were decorated with Xinjiang characteristics. The Xinjiang incense was super comfortable. There was a disposable foot bath bucket with boiling water and foot bath powder in the room, which was really considerate. There was also a refrigerator, washing machine, washing powder, and alcohol opposite, which were all free to use. There was also a detail problem that all hotels I have stayed in have never had. There is a small storage bucket for washing utensils (the used toothbrush boxes can be placed in it). This detail is really very good. The smiling hello of the aunt in the hotel restaurant made people feel very comfortable and refreshing. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. I ate a lot more that day and was laughed at 😜. My child said, ”Mom, mom, you have to give a five-star rating to the Kazakh Nana girl at the front desk, and the restaurant should also be rated five stars. The child brother likes this hotel and the smiling service and thoughtful service of this hotel very much.” This is the hotel I will stay in when I go to Yili."

"A particularly pleasant stay experience, the young lady at the front desk was very good, and the room type was upgraded. The room was very large and the sound insulation was very good. Basically, I couldn't hear any additional sound, so I slept very comfortably.
The service of the whole hotel was particularly attentive. From the manager taking us to the underground parking lot to the hotel service staff, we placed a foot wash bucket in the room to let the guests who returned to the store to soak their feet after the tour, this is really intimate.
The hotel parking space is actually very sufficient. You can basically park in the ground parking lot when you come back early, and you can park in the underground when you return late.
It was really delicious to send ice cream before check-in. I gave a souvenir when I checked out. I ate and took it again, hahahaha.

No. 2 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Yining"I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive days. Let me start with the issues. The hotel's service isn't up to par with such high standards, and the staff's awareness is still at the level of a small hotel. 1. I discovered the shampoo was empty while showering. I called for a bottle six times, and it finally arrived after a 40-minute delay. 2. The next night, when I returned to my room, I found the teacups and other items on the table completely disorganized and untied. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and was still disassembled. Fortunately, the manager on duty was very friendly and handled the situation appropriately. 3. The next morning, the parking QR code suddenly stopped working. The front desk told me to pay first and then add WeChat for reimbursement. When I left that morning, I took a screenshot of the payment information and shared it with the hotel. Finally, around 10 PM, after repeated inquiries, someone transferred the reimbursement. It's understandable that a new hotel would have issues, but for a Hilton-affiliated hotel to rush into a project with such limited training, is it ill-considered and would damage its brand value? Finally, let's discuss the positives. The room hardware meets Hilton Home Suite standards, including a microwave, a small, recyclable sink, and a cutting board, living up to the apartment's aesthetic. The bedding and consumables are standard Hilton brands. The washer and dryer are large and well-equipped, and the gym is well-equipped. The service details in these areas are excellent, with a full complement of spare parts. The fruit plate provided for members upon check-in is average.
Overall, I would still choose Hilton Home Suites again, but I hope the service level can be improved to match."

Thanks to Eddie for taking me to visit the rooms of InterContinental Hotel. The restaurant and swimming pool are great! He also took me to see the banquet hall. "During our holiday, we took our elderly and children on a Northern Xinjiang loop tour. Four Points was a true gem! 🍀 After a long journey, upon entering the hotel lobby, the welcoming landscape painting and the bicycles on the corner made my first impression: ”When I'm not at home, I'm at Four Points. When I'm not at Four Points, I'm on my way to Four Points.” When planning the Northern Xinjiang loop, we didn't consider the physical conditions of our elderly and children. We are grateful for the hotel's timely adjustments and thoughtful arrangements for the rest of the trip, which made our Xinjiang trip a perfect ending. Before leaving, I was apprehensive about the newly opened hotel and the reviews, but later I realized: we should respect and tolerate this city and allow Yili to be Yili! We, from all corners of the world, traveled thousands of miles to Xinjiang to escape the bustling city life and connect with nature, immersing ourselves in the diverse culture and healing magic of the grasslands and lakes. "The real condition of the room is the same as the picture given by the merchant. The room is super clean, the disposable things are complete and there is a toilet cover. The room is large and the price is very close to the people (maybe due to the off-season, I came in late October). __SZJP2488****The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, a 20-minute walk from Liuxing Street. The customer service was warm and welcoming, with welcome fruit and yogurt. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Mmiya_princessHands down, this was the best hotel of our Northern Xinjiang trip! We booked a family room, and the beds were large and incredibly comfortable. The laundry service was a wonderful touch; you just leave a note, and they'll deliver your clothes right back to your room. Breakfast was also quite good, and the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were proactive, always offering tea – the honey tea was particularly delicious! They even had drinks available for the kids. And they provided plenty of bottled water. This stay has definitely made Atour my first choice for all future travels!

GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent.

- more than adequate shelf space for new towels
- Well located twin toilet roll holders
- Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations
- room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it
- number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate
- wash basin counter top space was generous
- kettle area cabinet was also provided
- suitably sized luggage rack

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

I arrived to find a large tour group checking in, but the front desk immediately assigned a dedicated staff member to handle my check-in. This personalized, priority service was a pleasant surprise and truly heartwarming.
The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was so soft, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom facilities were brand new, with instant hot water, and even the toiletries felt luxurious and high-quality.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and showed great attention to detail. The variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and all the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Every bite tasted meticulously prepared.
The location is also unbeatable – perfect for getting around and shopping, everything is just a short walk away. The value for money is absolutely superb.
From now on, whenever I'm in Yining for a business trip, this will be my go-to hotel!

Aaijun_niuThe hotel I stayed at on my first night in Yining was a hotel that had been recommended a lot on Ctrip. It was rated four stars, and it was established late. I judged it to be pretty good, but the overall experience was average.
1. The hygienic condition of the room is relatively good, and the stay is relatively safe. The corridors and elevators are basically in an old and dilapidated state, so that my impression of Yining is that of a remote small city. Later I went to other places in the city and hotels. I found that this is not the case, so if you want to experience Yining in depth, it is recommended to stay in other better hotels.
2. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is basically in a relatively prosperous area. However, there are relatively narrow streets outside the hotel, and there is basically no scenery to see. On the first night, I just looked forward to going to bed after dark, and leaving here to go to other places the next day.
3. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. For breakfast, you have to go to the breakfast shop next door. It should be a cooperation between the two parties. Hotel guests can self-service for free, but drinking milk, soy milk and cooking noodles need to be paid separately. In other words, staying in this hotel is Forget about drinking milk and eating noodles. This made me wonder if milk and soy milk were scarce in Yining.
Taken together, the standard of this hotel should be chain-friendly and comfortable, and Ctrip's high-end standard should be random.
