The parking lot at the door is spacious and convenient, and self-driving parties don't have to worry about parking problems. Entering the hotel, there is a faint and pleasant fragrance in the corridor, which instantly makes people feel refreshed. This kind of detail is really too touching. The room is full of surprises, with all the facilities and equipment. Smart Xiaodu is online throughout the whole process. The sense of technology is full without losing temperature. The favorite thing is that the bath water is super full. The water flows smoothly. The fatigue of the day is washed away cleanly, and the air in the room is particularly fresh and there is no odor. It can be seen that the cleaning and ventilation are done very well, and it is particularly safe to live. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes online, starting a day full of vitality. The most rare thing is that the overall environment of the hotel is particularly quiet. No noise can be heard in the corridor or the room, and the sleep quality is fully guaranteed. In short, from hardware facilities to detailed services, it is impeccable, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. The hotel has been silently included in the first choice list for next stay. Recommended to all friends who need comfortable accommodation, just go ahead.

Mmiya_princessHands down, this was the best hotel of our Northern Xinjiang trip! We booked a family room, and the beds were large and incredibly comfortable. The laundry service was a wonderful touch; you just leave a note, and they'll deliver your clothes right back to your room. Breakfast was also quite good, and the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were proactive, always offering tea – the honey tea was particularly delicious! They even had drinks available for the kids. And they provided plenty of bottled water. This stay has definitely made Atour my first choice for all future travels!

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

When I returned to the hotel after finishing my business at night, I also saw the security guard take the initiative to help the guests with their luggage! It's worth a thumbs up👍👍

The pillows are very comfortable, but the only downside is that the bath water is not hot enough, it can only be described as warm water. You can see fireworks and planes taking off at low altitude at night. The price of Ctrip’s group purchase package is very cheap at 138, and the subsidized price of Yili Cultural Tourism is only 113. The entire experience was a 'godsend for germaphobes'! Bedding is sterilized with medical-grade high-temperature steam, and even the pillowcases had 'sterilized' seals attached to their seams. Every tile grout line was meticulously cleaned, with fluorescent detection agents used to ensure absolute cleanliness. Walking barefoot, there was absolutely no dust or sticky feeling.
**Beyond-expectation Service 💫**
The Uyghur girl at the front desk offered 'trilingual service' (Mandarin/Uyghur/Sign Language), which was truly impressive! Noticing our fatigue from driving, she proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room and extended our check-out to 4 PM. The complimentary late-night nourishing dessert (local specialty chickpea yogurt drink) soothed both our stomachs and hearts.
**Oasis-like Environment 🌿**
Under century-old diversiform-leaved poplars, an active canal flows, fed by pristine waters from the Tianshan Mountains. Lavender scents wafted through white-gauze pavilions. The rooftop starlight bar offers panoramic views of Liuxingjie and the city lights – every photo taken here is a masterpiece, no filters needed.
**Unforgettable Details:** Upon check-out, we received a complimentary handmade embroidered Atlas silk luggage tag from the hotel. It came with a 'Hand-drawn Map of Yining Alleyway Delicacies' – this thoughtful, personalized touch makes Yining Kunlun Hotel my absolute reason to return to Xinjiang!

It is the modern style decoration I like, the room is clean and hygienic, and the dry and wet areas are separated. I like the shower head in the shower room very much. The shower water is soft and comfortable when it hits the body, and the temperature and water volume are suitable. The front desk introduced that the shower head is a high-end brand of Hansgrohe. The service in all aspects is great, and free parking is available. I will choose this place again next time I travel.
