LLiaoLThis guesthouse is an absolute gem for a winter trip! Outside, it's a breathtaking snowy landscape, while inside, the underfloor heating keeps everything wonderfully warm, truly making you feel rejuvenated. The owner is incredibly welcoming and even recommended some fantastic local eateries. The location is also perfect – it's quiet and private but not out of the way, just about a five-minute walk to Liuxing Street. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time; I bet the experience will be even better! It's the kind of place I'd love to just chill out at repeatedly during the winter!

AAnonymous UserOur short one night stay was wonderful. We preferred this hotel a lot better than Atour Yining Shanghai City for its grand beauty, the surrounding view (hotel sits on the main road with nice view of the city). Breakfast is halal and yummy, only thing that needs improvement was for the restaurant staffs behavior - they were standing near the food counter, staring at us when we were getting the food, taking pics etc leaving us feeling so very uncomfortable. If they wish to observe us, pls do so at the entrance door and not at the food area.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

LLimintaiFirst time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and has a parking lot, making parking very convenient. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! It's the best value hotel I've ever stayed at during my business trip to Yining, hands down. Parking is convenient and free. The security guard was very helpful in carrying my luggage to the front desk. The receptionist was warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. There was even a mini-fridge available. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. It's really great!
