LLiaoLThis guesthouse is an absolute gem for a winter trip! Outside, it's a breathtaking snowy landscape, while inside, the underfloor heating keeps everything wonderfully warm, truly making you feel rejuvenated. The owner is incredibly welcoming and even recommended some fantastic local eateries. The location is also perfect – it's quiet and private but not out of the way, just about a five-minute walk to Liuxing Street. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time; I bet the experience will be even better! It's the kind of place I'd love to just chill out at repeatedly during the winter!

The service was excellent from the moment I entered the lobby; the security guards and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. ❤️ The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. There was even a foot bath tub; a relaxing foot bath at night completely relieved the day's fatigue. The breakfast was delicious and varied. A highly recommended hotel! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Mmiya_princessHands down, this was the best hotel of our Northern Xinjiang trip! We booked a family room, and the beds were large and incredibly comfortable. The laundry service was a wonderful touch; you just leave a note, and they'll deliver your clothes right back to your room. Breakfast was also quite good, and the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were proactive, always offering tea – the honey tea was particularly delicious! They even had drinks available for the kids. And they provided plenty of bottled water. This stay has definitely made Atour my first choice for all future travels!

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

AAnonymous UserThe Four Points by Sheraton Yining was truly a pleasant surprise on this trip! From the moment we arrived, the front desk lady was incredibly efficient, offering a warm and welcoming welcome. She also proactively provided recommendations for nearby attractions.
The room was incredibly clean, with great lighting, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud, instantly relieving any travel fatigue. The bathroom had ample hot water with consistent water pressure, and the toiletries had a subtle fragrance. Every detail was meticulously thought out.
The breakfast was truly amazing! They offered not only Xinjiang-style baked buns and milk tea, but also a variety of Chinese and Western options. The freshly fried eggs were cooked to perfection, and the fruit was fresh and juicy. I didn't want to leave even after I had eaten so much.
The location is also convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride to the Kazanqi Folk Tourism Area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it a safe place to walk back home in the evening.
The value for money is incredible. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Yining, and I've already recommended it to friends traveling with me!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and has a parking lot, making parking very convenient. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

Ggod_chnI stayed at this hotel again, and the front desk staff was still so enthusiastic to greet people and say hello! The security guard helped me take my luggage when I got off the bus! When I returned to the hotel after finishing my business at night, I also saw the security guard take the initiative to help the guests with their luggage! It's worth a thumbs up👍👍

Uusei_cnHonestly, I don't know how to rate this hotel. The service was bad—they thoughtfully provided breakfast for our family room, though they weren't very welcoming. But the security guard at the entrance was just sitting there playing on his phone, completely ignoring our large suitcases.
The facilities were also bad—the internal parking was convenient and you didn't need to register your license plate. However, there weren't any charging stations, and the entrance was hard to find.
The cleanliness was poor—they cleaned our room after breakfast, but there were coffee stains on our coffee cups.
The restaurant service, on the other hand, was excellent. They greeted us with a ”good morning” upon arrival and refilled our food bowls when they were less than half full. Thumbs up!

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

I arrived to find a large tour group checking in, but the front desk immediately assigned a dedicated staff member to handle my check-in. This personalized, priority service was a pleasant surprise and truly heartwarming.
The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was so soft, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom facilities were brand new, with instant hot water, and even the toiletries felt luxurious and high-quality.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and showed great attention to detail. The variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and all the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Every bite tasted meticulously prepared.
The location is also unbeatable – perfect for getting around and shopping, everything is just a short walk away. The value for money is absolutely superb.
From now on, whenever I'm in Yining for a business trip, this will be my go-to hotel!
