GGuest UserThis stay was really a perfect holiday experience! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you are surrounded by a full holiday atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, the lake/mountain view was excellent, and the bedding was soft like sleeping on the clouds.
The most praiseworthy thing is the service: from the smile of the front desk lady to the intimate greeting of the cleaning aunt, everyone is very polite and makes people feel at home.
The hotel facilities are also very good, the pool is clear and bottomed, the breakfast is rich to choose difficult, especially the freshly cooked noodles and desserts, which won my heart.

Miss Long Meng at the front desk checked in super quick, and also reminded the breakfast time and meeting room location. The room was clean and pleasant, the sheets and bedding did not have a little smell, the bathroom toiletries were brand goods, and the details were full. Back to the hotel at night, the corridor was very quiet, the mattress was just soft and hard, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast variety is super rich, the freshly cooked noodles and coffee are very good, it takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the business district, next time you come to this city, you will choose this one!

It is very suitable for taking children and walking around. It is very comfortable. The balcony scenery is beautiful, but there are no tables and chairs, and the ones in the room are very bulky. It is inconvenient to move around. It is a pity to have such a comfortable environment; I like the bathroom very much. Now most hotels are glass-enclosed walls, but here are solid walls and solid doors, which are soundproof, light-proof, and private. They also help to put on non-woven toilet pads, which are very good! However, the floor drain has serious water seepage. After taking a shower, the three floor drains in the entire bathroom are oozing water, and the entire bathroom is wet. We basically don’t go to the bathroom after taking a shower every day. The toilet paper is particularly rough... Pure Chinese breakfast, the variety is also rich, you can eat very well, there is a noodle stall, not the mini portion of ordinary hotels, but the amount of a bowl of breakfast shop. The service staff are very reasonable, the service quality is online, the hygiene is also very good, and the cost performance is very high. Although there are some problems, it is not easy to maintain such a large hotel with not many guests. They have a partner laundry service, and when I handed my clothes to the front desk and told them repeatedly, they ignored me and gave me the cold shoulder. Is this the kind of service they expect? Doesn't the hotel management see this? I can only say I admire the level of service you've achieved.

There is an underground parking lot with many empty parking spaces, and parking is convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and great value for money. The only drawback is that it is noisy at night. If you live in the east direction away from the Civic Square, there is still a lot of singing and dancing noise.

The lobby is luxuriously decorated, atmospheric, elegant and stylish. The rooms are spacious, bright and have large windows. The sanitation is very clean, the bedding is soft, comfortable, and the facilities are well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied. The waiters are hospitable. Worth praise 👍.

AAnonymous UserIf you have climbed Mingyue Mountain and Wugong Mountain and come to Wenquan Town for accommodation, it is highly recommended! Although the room rate is a little expensive during holidays, it is quite cost-effective for a family of three to stay and enjoy a hot spring bath in the room to wash away fatigue. The standard room has two 1.5m large beds, which can accommodate a family of four. You can take a hot spring bath in the bathtub in the room ♨️ Is the indoor hot spring a real hot spring? I felt smooth after taking a bath, which is very similar to Shiqian Hot Spring. The hotel is only 80 meters away from the industrial therapy. I feel and trust the hotel for many years. I believe that the indoor hot spring is authentic hot spring water. It is particularly worth praising that the hotel has set up anti-fall nets in the safety passage and the atrium space of the hotel, which is particularly friendly to parent-child family travel👍
