The courtyard has a good environment, with shady trees and easy travel. The room is clean and tidy, with a small balcony for drying. The bathtub is a suitable size for us. It is also very friendly to older people (it has a handle). The hotel's waiters He always has a warm and smiling face. As guests, we feel very welcome. Special praise should be given to Miss Liu and Miss Gan at the front desk of our hotel. They were warm, thoughtful and attentive to guests, which made people very satisfied and left a deep impression on me. The only cleanest, most comfortable hotel in Wentang Town where you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. The owner personally picks you up at the high-speed rail station; the pre-breakfast is nutritious; and the coffee is excellent. I stayed in a single tatami room; next time I will book a superior king-size room with a courtyard to enjoy the tranquility, read, and of course, most importantly, soak in the private hot spring.

The hotel is inside the resort. The rooms are retro in style and feel very good. There are two floors and the price is cheap. There is a shuttle bus between Mingyue Pavilion and the main building, which is available on call. Although Women's Day has passed for a few days, the hotel still gave 2 hot spring coupons. The environment in the hot spring is very good. There are not only various hot springs, but also swimming pools. It is a hotel that is highly recommended.

I have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.

I have been traveling all the way, I have been away for about 15 days, and I have stayed in many hotels. This hotel feels better and the check-in experience is also very good. I will call before checking in to inquire about when I will arrive at the hotel and whether I need pick-up or drop-off.
After checking in, the service was also very good. Basically, we were always available.

The room is super big, and the parent-child room is very good. It comes with a small child's room with independent air conditioning, electric curtains, and a small tent. The children are very happy. It's just that the swimming pool hasn't been built yet, so I'm a little disappointed.

But this room type is really a bit unaccustomed, the toilet is at the end. There was no option to bring breakfast when booking. The front desk said that there was no breakfast with Ctrip. Probably I was not lucky. The previous evaluation of Ctrip also had a complimentary breakfast. I won't taste the breakfast in this store in a hurry!

After arriving at the store, the front desk also provided a free upgrade service, thank you very much! The room has a large balcony facing the lake and distant mountains. The room was newly renovated and there was no smell at all. The hygiene is also very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant produces very good food and tastes good. We recommend the steamed Menghu mandarin fish. The restaurant has a large 180-degree viewing glass, and the scenery is amazing. The hotel is very spacious and the garden is beautiful. In the hotel, you can also enjoy playing table tennis and billiards for free. Will come again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay here and they did not disappoint as far as the service. There was construction going on our first night which we didn’t know until we paid and went in. Wish they had of mentioned the largest pool was closed. It was open the next day but I feel like the first day was a wasted ticket.
Breakfast can be skipped if you are looking for Western choices which I was. The sushi place next door is good and there’s tons of food just walking distance from the hotel.
If you are a foreigner be ready to have people taking videos of you in your bathing suit. I was there to get away so I tried to go at times when people were eating. Not everyone is this intrusive but just be aware.
Great on service and clean and comfortable rooms. I had a room with a hot tub which was one of the highlights. Def do a mountain hike and pick strawberries if they are in season. Enjoy your trip!!
