My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yuzhou exceeded all expectations, earning a definite thumbs-up! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the lobby is spotless and impressive. Check-in was quick and efficient thanks to the friendly and attentive front desk staff. My room was bright and clean with a sensible layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, consistent hot water, and quality toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful night. The amenities are top-notch: a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, and a practical, thoughtful gym and laundry room. The hygiene was impeccable, with no strange smells or overlooked corners, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yuzhou – highly recommended!

From Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. The lobby is also very gorgeous and well decorated. We booked a standard room. Because we brought children with us, we asked in advance if we could help put the beds together. The cups and towels in the room were all plastic-sealed, which was great. There were disposable toilet mats and wet wipes. We hadn't had dinner when we arrived, so the front desk gave us two bags of food, bread, yogurt, and children's washing supplies. After playing for several days, this hotel has the best breakfast, with many varieties, as well as spicy soup and tofu brain. It's a pity that there are too many. I had diarrhea in the morning and didn't dare to eat too much, so I drank a bowl of millet porridge. 😭 I feel particularly at a loss. I'll come back to eat there if I have a chance. There is a fast charger in the hotel parking lot, but I didn't understand how to use it. It's very new. I gave a small bracelet when I left. The service staff are enthusiastic and all smiles. Recommended to stay.

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the highway exit, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very high-end, the check-in procedures are smooth and delicate, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and tidy, the rooms are very large, the facilities are very new and clean, and the Wi-Fi speed is fast. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and moderately soft and hard. We are very satisfied with the bright windows and clean tables. In addition, the breakfast hall is very neatly arranged and beautiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and there are also Xuchang local spicy soup, meatball soup, mutton soup, noodles, baked buns, etc. Special thanks to the female supervisor of the restaurant. If you want to eat sushi and mustard sauce, she will arrange for flash delivery without saying a word and provide it to me. Thank you very much. In addition, if you want to go out at night, please ask the lobby front desk to help me collect the takeaway, and they will help me very enthusiastically. The hotel lobby is bright, the room is large, the facilities are very new, and the sanitary environment is good. Breakfast is medium. The overall price is good. With the elderly with children, the room type is upgraded for free, and the fruit gift is sent. The journey feels good. Not far from Fat Donglai. The underground garage is clean and convenient.

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here. 

The hotel facilities are all new. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious. The service of the front desk lady is very good. The price is not expensive in the city. The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of the same price express hotels. The service attitude is standard.

It is very close to our travel factory, but the overall service is a little worse. I booked free fruit and needed to take the initiative to remind me every time. After the reminder, it will be sent to the room instead of being prepared in advance in the room.
