GGuest UserThis was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire Chinese New Year trip. After booking on Trip.com, I called the front desk and found out they've been in soft opening since 2025, which is why it only officially launched in 2026. Despite that, there was absolutely no strange odor in the room. The bedding and overall hygiene were spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the service was exceptional. I'm genuinely not a shill – this hotel is simply that good and definitely worth recommending. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling; you won't be disappointed!

CClairemamazailvxingCame to Xuchang with the kids, and everyone highly recommended this hotel when we were looking for a place to stay. We stayed for two nights, and it was indeed very good. The transportation isn't great; you'll need to take a taxi to get around, or it's more convenient if you're driving. The hotel is very large, and the service is absolutely fantastic – it feels like everyone is really striving to be as good as Pang Dong Lai! If you need anything for your room, a quick call and it's delivered right away. They also bring fresh fruit daily. The staff genuinely treats guests well, not just going through the motions. The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is just average, and the restaurant is a bit small. During holidays, their capacity seems a bit stretched. Hope they can continue to improve!

GGuest UserAs a hotel traveler, I still feel that this store is worth staying. 4 kilometers away from Xuchang East Station, the high-speed rail transfer was booked in advance. The hotel business car successfully received the hotel check-in. It has seen all three apartment types and feels similar. The front desk helped to upgrade the garden view room. The view is better and the room is slightly larger. It was noon when I arrived at the store. The high-speed rail station belongs to the new district. There is nothing delicious around. I ordered a Chinese meal at the hotel. The fried pork with pepper is 28 yuan. The weight is very large and I can feel the kindness of Xuchang boss. The corridor has a Song-style slope top shape, which is very Jiangnan artistic conception. The room is 28 square meters, the three districts are separated, the background music of the TV is very soothing, there is a tea table, the quality of black tea is OK, you can watch the tea by the window, the industry can open the computer office, and the two stools are also convenient for two people to drink and chat. Bathrobes are also provided in the bathroom. Breakfast is also rich. Some suggestions, the four pillows on the bed are high pillows and down pillows. For customers who are used to sleeping on low pillows and memory pillows, they are a bit unaccustomed. This store is relatively close to the Fat Donglai Angel City store, 4 kilometers away. Opposite is the new store of Xuchang Central Hospital. The whole is a store worth recommending in Xuchang.

AAnonymous UserExcellent service, spotless and hygienic, and the room was a series of pleasant surprises. The clean and tidy environment was immediately impressive upon entering. The bedding was soft, made of raw cotton, and the mattress was perfectly firm. It came with two different types of pillows, making it incredibly comfortable to fall asleep immediately after a long night's travel. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, the smart toilet was very convenient, and the soundproofing throughout the house was superb – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all, even as a light sleeper like myself, I slept soundly. The most delightful feature was the window design; opening the curtains in the morning revealed a beautiful street view, and the bright, natural light was perfect for taking photos.

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

GGuest UserI must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying here is very satisfactory! The room is more spacious and bright than expected, the decoration style is simple and modern, it looks very new and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view overlooking the city street. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is fast and stable.
The details are also very intimate: a variety of charging ports are provided, a small refrigerator is full of drinks, and free tea bags and coffee. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were fast. The location is also very convenient, walking to the subway station and the surrounding business district is very close.
Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it will be the first choice next time!

The lady at the front desk was very considerate and check-out was very convenient. The breakfast was quite rich, the soundproofing was good, it was quiet, and I had a good rest. The little robot is very cute. We also provided a shopping guide for Fat Donglai. Unfortunately, I arrived too late on the way and left early in the morning, so I didn’t go. The Yuzhou Thirteen Bowl recommended by the lady at the front desk is delicious.

GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!
