GGuest UserI brought my elders to visit and chose this hotel for the first time. They provided full service from the entrance to the room. Welcome fruit was given in each room. The lake view room provided 6 bottles of free mineral water, wooden floor, and central air conditioning. Those who are afraid of cold don't have to worry. A humidifier was also thoughtfully prepared. The lobby on the first floor provided more than a dozen hot drinks (ginger sugar water, tangerine peel water, chrysanthemum tea, rose water, etc.). Breakfast was provided with a wide variety, including Chinese and Western food. I saw the waiter pouring a container of big brand organic pure milk. The breakfast room has a sofa booth dining table and a window view dining table. A variety of fruits and various free items are provided. Every detail in the room is made with special care.

GGuest UserBecause in a city where supermarkets come, the hotel is an unexpected surprise. The whole house is smart, little love wakes up, and the special loft. The children are very happy to stay. The facilities are complete, including disinfection cabinets. The boss and waiters are very enthusiastic. Please add WeChat in advance , told me the location of the parking lot. I didn’t pay attention at first and thought it was just a location. When I opened it, I found it was a word document, where to enter and where to turn. The photos were clearly accompanied by pictures. It was so considerate. The breakfast was also delicious. There are handmade steamed buns made by myself. The location is also very good. It is in the center of Xuchang. My children insisted that I return and stay for one night~

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, H Hotel, for your wonderful service! ❤❤❤

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good and clean. I chose a three-bed room with my friends for three adults and two children. It has two bathrooms and one shower room. The whole house is also equipped with smart toiletries and pillows or memory pillows. Anyway, considering the comfort, the price is very good. It's suitable. There are free coffee and tea at the front desk, and a robot will take you upstairs. The location of the hotel is also very good. There is a chain parking and there are people to guide you, which is a good experience.

The sound insulation of the room is super good, and the sound of the corridor is not heard at night, which is too friendly for people with light sleep.
