The overall environment of the hotel is clean and elegant, the public areas are well organized, and all kinds of facilities in the room are fully equipped and easy to use. Especially praise the front desk Xiaoding, warm and friendly, efficient and patient check-in, questions and inquiries are also carefully answered, the service is particularly thoughtful. GGuest UserFrom Shanghai to the east entrance of the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui, I will stay in the flower room. Xiaowu, the location is super good, take a break, walk around the field at will, very comfortable, and not far from the observation deck of the mountain and the lake, the environment has nothing to say. The next day, at five o'clock in the morning, I saw the morning mist when I pushed the window, and it was matched with an emblem-style gray-tiled white wall building (Figure 5), like an ink painting. Most importantly, it is very close to Chujiatan. We rushed to the bamboo raft at 7 am. The sun just came up. It was beautiful along the way. It was very convenient to go back to the hotel to sleep. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is great, the beef noodles are so delicious, we also ate dinner in the restaurant, and each dish exceeded expectations. The butler is also on call online, answer all questions, very intimate. It is recommended to arrive at the east entrance of the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui on the same day. Stay here for one night, take a rest, and cross the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui the next day.

AAnonymous UserStepping into my room after checking in, I was instantly disgusted by the butler's actions; it felt like swallowing a fly. I seriously suspect that all the hotel's good reviews are fabricated using this same tactic, and they're incredibly inflated.
Logically, butlers should contact guests in advance to facilitate a smooth check-in and enhance the experience, which is perfectly acceptable. But at this hotel, I've witnessed another distorted use of butler service—it's blatantly profit-driven, and their behavior is utterly repulsive.

GGuest UserI lived in Shezhu, Jiangsu for a long time when I was a child, and I returned to my hometown to see my friends. I remembered that I walked from Shezhu to Langxi to shop with my father more than 40 years ago, and the scene was still in front of me, so I wanted to visit Langxi. I was attracted by the high-rise buildings in the city, so I chose Junlan Hotel to stay. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the check-in service is considerate. The room is quite large, with advanced and complete equipment and facilities, such as smart toilets and smart curtains, and yogurt and fruit were given as gifts. Thank you for your sincere and thoughtful service.

客服乾淨衞生，就是有些清洗氣味濃烈了一些。客房帶陽台，眺望太極洞景區，美景就在眼前，山裡的空氣清新得醉人。
由於剛過春節長假，我們到的時候住客不多，所以早餐沒有自助，是配送的，就幾樣，沒有蔬菜可吃。理解吧。
需要改進的是：（1）就是這麼裝潢考究的酒店洗衣房太簡陋，洗衣機、烘乾機都是家用型號的，功率小，洗烘都時間長，還不提供洗衣袋。強烈建議酒店改商業用的洗衣機與烘乾機。（2）前台服務一般，沒有看見笑臉相迎，離開酒店的時候服務美女在玩手機。

GGuest UserFour-star hotel, very grand, it is indeed a model base for elderly care, the room is large, the basic facilities are pretty good, because it has been a little smelly after a long time, it is acceptable, but the toilet in our room is a little shaky, the children are not stable to sit.
The breakfast is not satisfactory, a little hungry, it is recommended to eat early breakfast if you go, the noodles are still good. There is nothing to eat around, our family drove to the city to eat at night, and it took a few minutes to get to the square, KFC, Lao Xiangji snacks and hot pot. It is still recommended, it is full during the May Day holiday.

They have a parking lot, and the security staff are very responsible – they direct parking, help with luggage, and even shared a story about Yunling Guoba when they saw we bought some at night, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, but the laundry service was a bit disappointing.
