Highly recommend this hotel! The entire experience was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, the hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete and comprehensive. The decor was elegant and sophisticated, with a refined feel from the ink-wash style décor. The lobby featured displays of traditional Chinese writing implements, as well as reading and coffee spaces. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Upon check-in, a fruit platter and local snacks from Xuancheng were delivered to the room, and upon departure, they even gave the hotel's mascot, a small crocodile. Overall, it was a delightful and surprising stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again!

Hotel location is very good, Guangde three-piece set of Kawanka, Zhanji is close at hand, and it is also within walking distance from the street of the pot. But at this hotel, I've witnessed another distorted use of butler service—it's blatantly profit-driven, and their behavior is utterly repulsive.

This employee should correct his service attitude. The attitudes of other service staff were very good.

The hotel opened in 2023 and was renovated two years ago. It had no odor, but the facilities were excellent and the sanitation was spotless. The lobby was quite spacious, and the front desk was friendly and helpful, including a guide to the Southern Anhui route. The hotel also had a unique entrance hall at the entrance to the room. The hotel's location was convenient for getting around, and the facilities were comprehensive. With its outstanding service and abundant breakfast, this hotel offers incredible value for money, significantly enhancing my travel happiness. It will definitely be my first choice when visiting this area again, and I'll be sure to return on my next trip.

The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. When you see the children, you take the initiative to provide children's supplies. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and the lighting is good. But as an old hotel in Guangde, a few points can be improved. The 2 elevators have no linkage function. The peak efficiency is low. The toothbrush brush is hard. If the smart toilet can be equipped with remote control, it will be more perfect.
