GGuest UserThe homestay is not big, but the design is meticulous and chic, the building is new and old, and the yard is small and beautiful. The big sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic and spoke very slowly and nicely. Call us in advance to send the address and go to the parking lot to pick us up and help with our luggage. Go to the place to greet us to drink water and eat fruit. Although a person is not busy, he patiently answered the questions about the architectural background of the homestay and the characteristics of the village countless times. The breakfast was good and the small pickles were delicious. The room is good, the slippers are very soft and good, the hair dryer and disposable dental appliances are OK (I live in the hotel and pay special attention to slippers, dental appliances and hair dryers. I think it is even more important than the hardware to show the hotel's attention to details) but the air conditioner is facing the bed. The person blowing is very uncomfortable. It is recommended to add the wind vent to the windshield. When I left the store, I met the proprietress to help, and it was very nice and elegant.

GGuest UserCleanliness: Surface clean. I don't know if it's because we live in the mountains, but I noticed small red bugs on my bed when I went to bed. There were also three large black bugs in the bathroom, and I don't know what they were. Environment: I came here for the 270-degree view. The hotel is located in Banqiao Village, in the middle of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. We drove to the middle of the hotel at night, and it was already dark. The next morning, the windows were covered in steam, with three large circles on each window, making it impossible to see anything. Since we had to leave early and needed to hurry, we didn't wait for the steam to dissipate. I came here to take pictures of the mountain views, so it was a bit of a shame.

GGuest UserI chose Guangde for a weekend trip, specifically to experience the highly-rated 'Guangde Three-Piece Set'. After a long search, I decided to stay at the Guangde New Century Hotel, which has consistently good reviews. However, there was a minor hiccup on the night I checked in: the room felt quite stuffy and hot, likely due to the changing seasons. I called the front desk, and they explained that the central air conditioning couldn't be switched to cooling mode at the moment. While I understand the hotel's operational logic, being someone who's sensitive to heat, I didn't get much rest that night and felt quite tired the next day. When checking out, a young man with glasses (I forgot his name) proactively asked about my stay. When I mentioned the heat in the room, he didn't just give a cold, perfunctory response. Instead, he apologized very sincerely and kindly, showing genuine empathy, which immediately diffused any frustration I had. He also noticed I had my little ones with me and gave them two packs of peach crisps. It was a very heartwarming gesture. As a parent, these small acts of consideration for children really hit home. Overall, everything was great. But if the central air conditioning can't provide cooling or heating due to seasonal changes, leading to a poor guest experience, that's really not worth it. I suggest the hotel invest in more fans, portable air conditioners, and other solutions. If I come back to Guangde, I'd most likely stay at New Century Grand Hotel again because, apart from the AC issue, everything else would get a perfect score.

I was attracted by the high-rise buildings in the city, so I chose Junlan Hotel to stay. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the check-in service is considerate. The room is quite large, with advanced and complete equipment and facilities, such as smart toilets and smart curtains, and yogurt and fruit were given as gifts. The breakfast is simpler, but considering other aspects of the characteristics, this hotel is still very attractive. There is a large open space near the riverside suitable for camping barbecue fireworks. The riverside coffee shop is also suitable for viewing. Tickets for the Xuan Paper Industrial Park are presented. You can visit the Xuan Paper production process and participate in the experience. The staff service is very good. You can also hold banquets and meetings. The hotel students will be perfect if they further improve.
