The sofa underneath wasn't cleaned properly; there were sunflower seed shells. The remote control in the room couldn't operate the screen mirroring function. After mirroring, the TV volume was very loud. I struggled with it for a long time and couldn't fix it. Only after calling the front desk did they bring another remote control. This is really hard to understand; do guests have to call and ask before you provide a working one?

The hotel has a large yard and convenient parking. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is full, and the service attitude is particularly good. Not far from the Dinosaur Museum and Chaorantai, Zhucheng is a very clean city, walking to the old brand Zhigang roast meat, delicious.

The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs.

Choosing this hotel was definitely a hit, no regrets! During the day, we explored celebrity residences and recited Dongpo's poems from the Chaoran Platform. In our leisure time, we also managed to visit the Dinosaur Museum to experience prehistoric wonders. The hotel's transportation is convenient, it's clean and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. When our takeout arrived, a robot even delivered it to our room! The housekeeping lady was also quick to bring us anything we needed. It was really great.

This hotel is quite big; the staff can also speak English, which was good because it sped things up. The room and the hotel are a bit old; however, they are big, and the bed was really comfy. Unfortunately, it's allowed to smoke in the room, so sometimes cigarette smell comes into the room. The breakfast was okay, with only a few Western choices, but for a couple of days, that's not a big problem.

The three things that came to mind were: 1. the room keys would randomly stop working and we had to keep asking for either new ones or reactivations; 2. The housekeeping did not replace our toilet paper when they were out; 3. the laundry facility did not function as it should, as the dryer would not properly dry our clothes. Just a few things to keep in mind. We would still book here again but would love for the hotel management to address the issues noted above.
