Guest UserChoosing Shan Yin Qi Zhu was absolutely the right decision for our family trip to Ulan Hada! The room was spacious and bright, plenty of room for my three-year-old to run and play. There's also an enclosed small courtyard where he immediately started playing freely, so we didn't have to constantly watch him. The owner even gave free fireworks to the kids, and my son played so much he didn't want to come back inside. The breakfast, with its buns and millet porridge, was light and perfect for my child's taste. The owner also gave us some homemade, additive-free milk candy, which my son clutched and ate the whole way. It’s only about a twenty-minute drive to the volcano, and the owner even recommended a less crowded, gentle slope route, which made climbing with a child totally manageable. Our whole family had a fantastic time, I highly recommend this place for families with kids!

Guest UserAdvantages: 1. The guesthouse is quite beautiful, and there are many room types. The family room I chose was perfect for a family of four.
2. The rooftop terrace is absolutely gorgeous at sunset – a must-see!
3. It's very new, and the bathroom facilities are good. However, newness is also a drawback; our room had a strong odor.
Overall, it's much better than those so-called camping tents nearby, and it's not expensive.
Disadvantages: 1. There's almost no service. I didn't see anyone at the front desk from the moment I arrived. The owner sent me a WeChat message telling me to open the door myself with a password. Checking out was the same; I just left on my own.
2. Breakfast is quite late. We stayed at about six different places that day, and three of them were waiting for breakfast at the restaurant entrance. We waited for half an hour. Everyone knows you need to enter the volcano early to avoid the crowds. It would be great if the restaurant opened breakfast earlier.
Tip: If you're driving to the volcano, you need to enter from the south and exit from the north. This restaurant is on the north side, meaning you need to drive to the south gate about half an hour early to avoid traffic.

Specifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks.

The rooms in the small courtyard are independent, very quiet, the atmosphere is very good, the room is very clean, the pillows are very comfortable, the only thing that makes people collapse is that the shower head in the bathroom seems to be broken, the water is too small, if the boss can see this comment, go repair it!
There is a Labrador in the homestay, called Xiaoqi, so good, it is very old, walking is a bit hard, but it is really cute. The boss is very enthusiastic to help us point the route that is not wasting time, his breakfast is delicious! Overall very good, a few hundred meters away from the South Visitor Center, very close, the boss can also buy tickets cheap, if you drive to the volcano, if you are on a holiday, you can drive to the lava lake station to queue up to buy tickets, very fast, drive on the side of the road, there are snacks on the volcano to eat, Don't be hungry, haha!

The Dragon Boat Festival holiday brought the whole family to Ulanhada volcano to play, 3 days and 2 nights of the trip, this hotel is definitely one of the biggest surprises.
The family room booked is very spacious, the decoration is simple and warm design style, the bedding is soft, the sanitation is particularly clean, and the elderly and children live very comfortably. The large windows of the room are well lit. Standing on the roof, you can see the outline of Volcano No. 3 in the distance. Sitting on the roof in the evening to watch the sunset, the family is quiet and especially relaxing on vacation.
The most heartwarming thing is the enthusiasm of the boss. When we first arrived, we took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. We also gave us a super detailed volcanic play route. Tell us which volcanoes are suitable for taking elderly children. Where to take pictures is good, even the restaurants nearby are intimately recommended.
The buns for breakfast and the pickles of the ginger are particularly delicious, super delicious, even the children who usually picky eat a lot.
The restaurant's home-cooked dishes are cheap and good, clean and taste good.
There are bonfires and fireworks in the yard at night. . .
Staying for two days is not like staying in a hotel at all, it is more like the intimacy of visiting a friend's house in afar. Next time I come to the volcano, I will definitely choose here.

This Atour location is a safe bet – no disappointments here! The bed was huge and the pillows were super comfy. There are restaurants on both sides of the hotel, so if you're not keen on the hotel breakfast, you can grab some authentic Mongolian food right downstairs, which is really convenient. They even have frozen lamb hotpot, so it's a good option if you don't want to venture far.

Guest UserThe room facilities and services were excellent. It was too cold to use the outdoor hot springs, but having a bathtub inside was a great alternative. The room offered direct views of Volcanoes No. 6 and 5 in Ulan Hada, which was fantastic! The only downside was the lack of dining options nearby; we had no choice but to eat at the guesthouse. 😭 After looking at the menu, for a family of four, it was incredibly expensive, and nothing appealed to us. We tried to pick something cheap, like braised beef noodles, but it turned out to be instant noodles! 😮💨 Luckily, we brought our own instant noodles, which saved us for a meal. 😮💨 To anyone planning to stay around Ulan Hada, I highly recommend bringing your own food, otherwise, be prepared to pay triple the price for meals! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Guest UserThe environment was wonderful, exceeding my expectations. It's very close to the scenic area.
Opening the hotel room door was truly amazing. The room was huge, and the bed was so soft I didn't want to move. Even the pillows had a subtle lavender scent. In the evening, I sat on the terrace, a waiter brought me warm tea, and I watched the sunset paint the clouds orange-red—staying here wasn't just staying in a hotel, it was living life in slow motion!

Guest UserTianyuan Wen Hotel boasts brand-new facilities with high-end, tasteful hardware. The public areas are clean, spacious, and stylish. Various functional zones are clearly delineated, offering everything from relaxation and wellness areas to a cinema and a children's ocean world, with comfortable and uncrowded circulation paths.
The outdoor hot spring pools are a huge plus. They are elegantly arranged and well-spaced, with excellent privacy for each pool and clean, clear water.

Throughout our stay, any request was met with a swift response, patient communication, and active assistance to resolve issues properly. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful. Breakfast is an exquisite customized set menu, with excellent taste. Overall, from the hardware facilities and functional amenities to the outdoor hot spring experience and attentive service, everything was impeccable. The hotel hardware facilities should be better in the local area, and the parking lot is spacious. I thought the accommodation experience should be very good, but I felt all kinds of lack of hotel management from the beginning of the stay. The front desk staff was cold and the service level could not match the hardware. After the check-in, the room smelled. Going to the front desk to change rooms, arranged a worse corner special-shaped room, and then I didn't bother to change or live back to the previous room, and went back to open the window and open the door for ventilation. When I showered at night, I found that there was no floor towel. I called the housekeeping department and replied that the person was arranged to send it. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, someone knocked on the door and said that Building A was not worthy of floor towel. There was a VIP building and there was ... Why didn’t I say it on the phone? The most basic configuration of floor towel to distinguish between ordinary and VIPs. The overall management decision level can be seen. Breakfast is even more outrageous. It is said that it is 9 o'clock, and there is almost nothing at 8:30. The fried pot stew comes out and the guests are snatched like a grab. It is hard to get the last few. It is not very ripe. I didn’t grab anything in the morning. I just rely on two bowls of milk tea and an egg to fill my stomach. Just dragged it until 9 o'clock, and immediately removed the basin, regardless of whether the guests had eaten it or not, what was more annoying was that when they left, they saw a bunch of chef waiters eating breakfast there haha, the whole corn on the table, all kinds of snacks, eggs, everything drilled out, it’s really a long time to see, I have lived in so many hotels, this one is really outrageous. The corridor was dark during the day and looked a bit gloomy.
