I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

This was a bit further from 牯岭街 but no regrets staying here! It’s quieter and also quite near to the shuttle bus station (something 旧址station)! My boyfriend fell sick in the trip, and the receptionist was so kind to help us find the nearest hospital / help us collect our food / gave us thermometer etc They were really sweet and gave us some souvenirs too, and upgraded our room. The room was very clean, but be sure to close the windows properly as we had two beetle looking flies that flew in (but it’s a mountain area so I’m sure all hotels will have the same problem if you don’t close it!!) The receptionist also shared lots of tips with us, like which are the fun spots etc, and she patiently explained to us how it works. Food in the hotel was really great and surprisingly affordable. We had the stir fried pork and I really liked it. Overall a good experience. And the bath tub was to die for

Overall, it was a great stay and offered good value for money. The front desk staff were genuinely attentive and helpful. We arrived past 11 PM, and it was extremely windy and cold. We waited almost ten minutes for the hotel shuttle, and my child was freezing, but everything after that was excellent. We even extended our stay for another night. There are plenty of food options nearby, though late at night, it's mostly BBQ. Be cautious when ordering BBQ; try one or two skewers first before ordering more, as I made the mistake of ordering a lot. The lamb was incredibly ***** and smelled awful; my child almost threw up. If you need the hotel to pick you up, it's best to communicate with them in advance. Give them about a twenty-minute heads-up so you don't have to wait too long. Finally, a big shout-out to the night shift lady (the one with hair shorter than long hair but much longer than short hair)!

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5～ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time.

When you arrive at the gate, you will drive an electric car to pick you up, help with luggage, and help turn on the air conditioner in advance. The overall homestay is a stone structure, a two-story small building, formerly Jiang's pavilion, just inside the Guanyinqiao Scenic Area, very quiet at night! The hotel's wall is a display hall in the Guanyinqiao Scenic Area. During the day, occasionally a tour guide will lead the team to explain, and then listen to a seven-seven-eight-eight, you can take pictures and understand the special historical story. Surrounding environment: There is a Grand Canyon at the entrance of the hotel. You can take pictures up close by going down the steps to the platform, but you can’t go down to play in the water (don’t let toys like water guns, it should be for safety), but the weather is too hot and you can’t stay outdoors. Go down early in the morning and take pictures when it's cool. Meals: There is a restaurant operated by the owner of the hotel, but the taste is very good (the owner of the hotel said that he invited a special chef to fried it), there are some seasonal dishes and Shanzhen mushrooms, and the adults who go together feel that it tastes good. The price may be slightly more expensive, cold dishes 18, vegetables 28, big dishes 58, 98, 168 and the like. Breakfast is included in the price. We have one more person, and the boss is very generous and there is no separate charge. Overall summary: If you are taking your children to experience different scenery, take pictures on weekends and relax, it is very recommended! The overall experience is very comfortable and great. If you love to play and play, there may be fewer projects available here. However, it is also very recommended to taste specialties simply to enrich your accommodation experience!

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good, and they even provided a complimentary gift upon check-in. They also offered a shuttle service from the station. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Lushan.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

I originally booked a hotel at the entrance of the scenic area, but then I realized that for a two-day, two-night trip, staying on the mountain would save commuting time. The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. It's right in the heart of Guling Town, not far from the tourist bus station, restaurants, and the commercial street. The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; even though parking was limited, they thoughtfully assisted us in finding nearby parking spaces. There's also a shuttle service in the morning for picking up your car or going to nearby attractions and the bus station. Next time I visit Mount Lu, this will definitely be my first choice.

Stayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.

Facilities: First of all, the hotel rooms are very spacious, providing ample room to rest! Cleanliness: The bedding was very comfortable, and with the fresh mountain air, I slept soundly. Environment: The hotel lobby and courtyard are very comfortable; you can relax in the courtyard for half a day if you don't want to go out. There's also a pottery studio where kids can spend half a day, and take home their own creation – very enjoyable! Service: The hotel staff are very welcoming. They contacted me in advance after booking to ask about my arrival time and whether I needed a shuttle service. They also provided many travel suggestions. About a 5-minute walk from the hotel's back hill is their own organic tea plantation, with scenery comparable to a scenic area and definitely worth seeing. The tea served in the room was also organic tea grown on their back hill, and it tasted quite good! My family said they'd like to stay longer next summer.
