The highlight was definitely the complimentary photoshoot in民國 (Republic of China) style. They provided outfits and makeup, and we got 3 professionally retouched photos taken at the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall. The pictures turned out to be very charming and we were extremely satisfied. As a thoughtful touch, we even received a local specialty souvenir when we checked out."

"To Lushan Hotel: A Warm Retreat Amidst the Clouds and Mist Staying at Lushan Hotel, I truly understood the joy of 'scenery and service, both picture-perfect.' As soon as I got out of the car, a staff member came over with an umbrella, smiling as they took my suitcase and said, 'It's foggy on the mountain, watch out for slippery roads.' That one sentence instantly dispelled the slight chill of the mountains. During check-in, the front desk not only patiently explained the scenic bus routes but also quietly upgraded my room to one with a view of Guling Street at night. Opening the window, I was greeted by lush greenery and twinkling lights stretching across the mountains. In the morning, wanting to try a local breakfast, the restaurant auntie, upon hearing I preferred light flavors, specially served an extra bowl of warm Lushan Yunwu tea porridge, along with a small dish of homemade pickled radishes – crisp and refreshing. When checking out, it happened to be raining, and the hotel thoughtfully provided portable rain ponchos and packed tea eggs, reminding me to 'have something to eat on the way and travel safely.' From the thoughtful details to the considerate anticipation, Lushan Hotel makes a mountain journey more than just about the scenery; it's also about a comforting and caring experience."

"Our whole family came to Mount Lu for a trip, and we were really lucky to have chosen Luqin Villa. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; when we checked in, they proactively helped us plan our sightseeing route, clearly explaining where to catch buses and which nearby attractions to visit. The room was spacious, and the floors and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The beds were just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring the elders slept soundly without back pain. The villa's small courtyard is surrounded by lush greenery, and the air is fresh. After dinner, we enjoyed leisurely strolls with the kids and seniors, clearing our minds. The breakfast selection was very thoughtful, with soft porridge, pastries, and homemade side dishes readily available. If we needed any toiletries, we just contacted the staff, and they were delivered very quickly. Being close to the scenic area meant we didn't have to bother with long commutes when going out to explore. The entire family had a comfortable stay. This is definitely our top choice for families visiting Mount Lu."

"After arriving at the hotel, they told me that due to road construction, we were moved to the back building and upgraded to a suite. It was great. It was a good hotel to stay in. The hotel has a car to pick us up at the bus station. After visiting the attractions, we can call the hotel and they will send a car to pick us up. It is very convenient."

It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The decor is very stylish and thoughtfully designed – you can really tell the owner put a lot of effort into it. The service is incredibly warm and attentive; before arrival, they sent detailed location and direction instructions, and even proactively recommended local hidden gem restaurants and sightseeing routes, saving us from having to blindly plan our own itinerary. The common areas are meticulously maintained and exquisitely decorated, with the lounge areas having a fantastic ambiance. It’s a great spot to just sit, relax, and take some amazing photos."

"Enjoying a cozy, sun-drenched evening with tea: After dinner, we sat in the lobby with its fireplace, sipping local black tea while the children and I read comfortably – it was incredibly pleasant. Lushan Cableway Upper Station or Lushan Bus Station (Mountain Transfer Center) shuttle service: Seamless connection, smooth check-in. After our sightseeing, we were picked up from the transfer center and even reminded if we wanted to go eat first – so thoughtful! Check-out was also seamless, and the cable car descent was also seamless, using a shortcut familiar to locals – not a minute wasted, super efficient! First-day minibar: Upon check-in, in addition to the thoughtful arrangements for heated blankets, they even brought delicious snacks and toiletries for the children – so nice! Service: Xiao Wei's butler service was even better than the InterContinental. This trip was a real treat; the children and the elderly were all exceptionally comfortable, especially the breakfast – it was amazing! Environment: Located in a villa area, it is very close to the scenic area's sightseeing bus station, making it convenient to visit the old street, Wulaofeng Peak, and Sandiequan Spring. My mother has already made plans with my father to go there again."

"The service was absolutely terrible. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:29 AM, right on time, and they immediately said they were sold out. I pointed out that breakfast ended at 9:30, and I explained that I had paid for the breakfast voucher. Why couldn't I eat there? It wasn't even time yet. A short while later, they told me it was already 9:30. I was speechless. I've never encountered anything like this before. In other words, I arrived right on time. I can accept that they'll serve whatever they have, but they can't just tell me it's sold out before the designated time, and then immediately say it's time. Isn't this just bullying?"

"It's pretty good. You can take a hot spring bath in the room. The room includes a hot spring ticket for two people. I went to see it and went back to the room. Because it was close to the Mid-Autumn Festival, there were too many people bathing. Every pool was occupied. Fish therapy was charged separately. Everything else was good. The restaurant consumption was also very affordable!"
